Absolutely great service. Called on Sunday, Quinton was here by 8:45, fixed me up in an hour and a half ( would've been less if I hadn't talked his ear off). Great, friendly, experienced installer and repairman. I won't call anyone else.

I would be giving The Door Company and in particular Robert and Kelly who took care of my garage door issue a "10 Star Review" if this system allowed that...Their overall communication, customer service, quality of work is OUTSTANDING!!! Truly OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you!

We've used The Door Company several times throughout the years to repair the garage doors on our home. Every time has been a great experience. The folks we worked with over the phone & via text were super helpful for making decisions. The time to get someone here to perform the work was quick every time. Most importantly, the 3 different gentlemen who came on different occasions to do work, were extremely polite, kind & each went the extra mile to ensure our needs were not only met, but exceeded! You know a company is good when they can keep employees around as long as we've seen them. Thanks to all the kind folks that've helped us throughout the years.

Came right out to fix our broken spring, but charged me $275 for a part you can get online for $86. Said they had to go to Dallas to get springs. I'm sure they don't go get them one at a time. Ridiculous prices. Total charge was $400 that should have been about $200. Call someone else. The company in Cedar Park is more reasonable from my experience. I called these guys because they were close and thought they'd be competitive. WRONG!

Just had to get a new opener in a pinch and they sent someone right away. Ray showed up working minutes of my distress call and was so helpful and replaced the door opener right away! Thank you Ray and the door company for helping this mom out in a pinch!

Yesterday afternoon our car was imprisoned in our garage because of a broken spring on the door. The office worked me in to their schedule today and they did great. Jose was terrific--extremely knowledgable (30 years in the business) and personable. He gave me good advice and was soon finished with the work. He lubed everythign and stayed and tested it extensively to see that everything was just right. And the cost was reasonable. I now have a new garage door company! Kudos to Jose and The Door Company.

Quick, efficient, good value. Our tech showed up on time and did necessary work to tune-up my garage doors. Good service.

Been trying to get a bid out if this company for three weeks as they were highly recommended by neighbors. I guess maybe the job we're wanting done isn't big enough for them; however, it's exactly the same job my neighbors hired them for. I have to turn bids this evening and was hoping to include them, but guess not.

Our garage door spring broke at 6pm on Friday night and Garage Door was here the next morning at 11a. They took 30 minutes to install new spring and the price was very reasonable. We've used them before with the same results. They don't try to upsell, they just fix your problem. Love them.

Can't say enough good about these guys. We thought we had a full garage door replacement in our future-type catastrophe at 3:00pm. I called them and the guy was almost apologetic saying it'd be a couple of hours (on a Friday afternoon) until someone could come out. They arrived 15 minutes early, checked out the problem, fixed the door, did necessary maintenance, and were done by 5:20pm with a fully functioning (existing) door. No upselling, just straight talk. All done for a very reasonable price to boot. Will be looking at these guys hard if/when we upgrade from the builder-quality ones we have.

First time that I have called a contractor and they showed up on time. They did a great job installing a new garage door and the price was very reasonable. Friendly workers and would definitely use again if needed.

I had the Door Company out this AM to install 2 new door openers for us. Daniel has always been great to work with. The techs that came out were Jose & his son. They were very friendly & knew what they were doing. It was a great no stress experience! I highly reccomend the Door Company!

The technician they sent out was rude. He quoted me a price for the repairs our door needed and when I told him that I needed to go consult with my wife about how we needed to move forward, he said that was ok. When I returned he had already begun working on the door. I informed him that we didn't want to move forward with the work as what he said needed to be fixed was covered under our home warranty for less than his price. At that point he became rude to me and my wife. Would not use this company again.

Spring broke at 9:00. Called The Door Company and was told they would be there to replace the spring between 9 and 11:00. Robert Vaughn got there around 9:30 and commenced work. He suggested to install 2 springs; ours had only one, and if one broke again we wouldn't be 'locked' in or out as we were this time. He was quick and efficient, had the new springs installed, the system adjusted and lubricated by 10:15 and was on his way.

We also had a nice chat along the way. If you can say you've had a pleasant experience in having your broken garage door spring replaced, I'd say this was it. Thanks to you all.

E-mailed them the at night and they called me first thing the next morning. Had a technician at my house that afternoon and fixed the spring on my garage in less than 30mins. Shelby was friendly, informative and professional. I would definitely use them again. Great job.

I called late one day for a garage door that would not open. They responded the next day at exactly the time they had said they would be there. Shelby explained the problem to my wife and told him to call us anytime on his cell. I did call him later that day and we agreed on the work to be done. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took only about 15 minutes to replace our spring and repair the connection to the chain.

The mainspring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. Called the Door Company and they had someone at my place in under two hours. The tech was professional and courteous and he got the job done in 30 minutes at a reasonable price. It doesn't get much better than that!

We had a panel that got bent, and they came out to replace the panel--as well as add braces so it won't happen again. While they were out, they fixed our garage door buttons (another repair man just left them essentially hanging out of the ceiling) by attaching them to the wall and making it look neat again. He is also took a look and adjusted the springs and whatnot while he was out.

These last few items were definitely outside the scope of work discussed, and super appreciated! All of the individuals we worked with were professional and friendly. I also appreciated that they were able to text (I'm not always able to take calls). Definitely going to them for all our future door needs! Highly recommended.

Garage door spring broke and couldn't get the car out of the garage! I called The Door Company on Williams close to 5 PM yesterday. They were here at 8 AM this morning. Shelby (a highly skilled technician) did not try to oversell the problem, explained everything, answered my questions (and I asked a few) and did a thorough examination of the entire system. Shelby even fixed a few things that he could have charged extra for but did not.

Excellent service for me and several of my neighbors. On time, reasonable and local. I highly recommend this company. Common sense tells me to check my home warranty coverage before making a service call to an outside vendor but I am glad I chose this company, I believe I ended up with the best service. They were a lower cost than some of the other neighboring community companies but I do not mind paying a slightly higher price when it is the experience level I am paying for and the fact that a local business is supported.

Military Veteran friendly! The Door Company saved our "HOT mess" lives! seriously! On 2 JUL garage door broke beyond repair. Company #1 quoted me $1700 after $100 Mil-Vet discount. Company #2 (through Costco) quoted less, but from the date of the estimate/order submitted--or at least, that is what I assumed had happened since I signed all 5/6 pages and included my CC for payment--and then, I would still have to wait 2 weeks for door to arrive! Then, at this point I would get a call to schedule installation!

All the while my grass is still growing; I can't get mower out of garage cause door will not open, but might get stuck halfway indefinitely. so I decided to contact Co.#2 for status of my order and guess what? The next day after I contacted them, they respond that I still had 2 more places to sign before they PLACE THE ORDER! What?!? Why didn't they contact me sooner instead of waiting 1 week to drag by, as I figured "1 week down. 1 more to go" and "thank God the HOA hasn't dinged me for grass yet!" I used Yelp and found the door company and that afternoon they placed my order. 1 week later, on 27 JUL, FINALLY! We could open our brand new and BEST-Priced garage door thanks to Daniel, the Awesome repairman and The Door Co.! Best wishes for continued success!

I had to have my garage door spring replaced this morning and The Door Company, Georgetown, Texas did the work. I set the appointment up with Daniel yesterday afternoon and Robert came out this morning and WOW! There were no up charges, no B.S. just plain honest work. The price ($229.00) was totally reasonable and the work was completed in about 30-40 minutes. If you need to have your garage door repaired, The Door Company is the place to go.

I called and talked with Danny this morning after my garage door spring broke this weekend and within an hour Robert was at my door ready to repair. Robert was professional and thorough, all business. He installed two new springs, adjusted and lubed the door and was gone in less than 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

I called two companies in Georgetown and one in Cedar Park- all quoted over the phone. I had a two spring door that had one of two springs break. Absolute tried to sell me springs with one, three and five year warranties at graduating costs. For springs whose life is generally 8-10 years that felt like a I was being played, The door company came out the same day, replaced two springs and adjusted the door for less thank quoted by absolute or cedar park with a simple but solid warranty.

I have used Cedar Park before and they were very expensive. A lesser job cost me a lot more money and the technician seemed like he was somehow invested in me letting go of more money. At the end of the day The Door Company did solid work at a good price quickly.

I had a major breakdown last night which rendered my garage door inoperable. I called The Door Company because they were the closest to me. They were literally at my home in 30 minutes and had the necessary repairs done within the hour. Courteous service tech and very reasonable charge. I would recommend them to anyone

I am very pleased with my service from The Door Company. The Service Technician (Robert Vaughn) taught me a lot about my garage door opener every step of the way. He installed it in record time and it works absolutely perfectly. I will gladly have rave reviews for my friends and neighbors and would like to use them again in the future for anything else they would be able to assist me with. Thanks so much.

I had a special order door, he said 2-3 weeks, it was here in 2 weeks. They came out to install it, the tech said 2 hours, and in 2 hours he was showing me the particulars of my new garage door and opener. He showed me that he couldn't get the door adjusted completely correct due to the design of my garage ceiling, but he got it as close as possible and it works great. Thanks for the fantastic service, you came highly recommended and you didn't disappoint.

Poor after sales service. They were asked to replace a door opener and service the garage door. They replaced the door opener alright but I never realized that asking for a garage door tune up would invoke using a hammer to hit fairly strongly and multiple times on the door spring.all in the name of adding 'tension' to the spring. 'Tension' they surely added.in excess causing the spring to break in three weeks and the door opener (the rail for which was clearly mounted partially on sheet rock) come unmounted. All in all.poor after sales service.and Daniel Thomison of the georgetown office is a 'real piece of work'
