Once you have contacted Kinsey Interiors and Services, either by phone or email, a designer will schedule a FREE consultation at your home. You can discuss your project with them on the phone and ask any preliminary questions your may have. Our designer will probably ask you to have 3 things ready for them at the consultation: 1) your Priority List 2) your Wish List 3) your Budget.
Before beginning your kitchen remodel, consider how you would like your kitchen to function for your family. Here are 5 questions to consider when designing your luxury kitchen:. Will there be more than one person working in the kitchen at the same time? If so, perhaps a prep sink should be added and extra counter space.

I am writing this review several months after our work was completed. I always wait as with any remodel you have to live with it for a while to notice any issues and to allow the company to perform any warranty work. That being said I was very pleased with Kinsey Interiors. I would have no hesitation using them for future projects. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating As we went through the project we had two change orders, both of which we driven by us.
But more importantly as we went through the project making several minor changes none generated a change order. In other words I was not nickled and dimed as the project progressed. Very happy about that. Best aspect working with Kinsey was their project manager. He was excellent at keeping the project on track as well as informing us when people were, and were not, coming.
We were never surprised. He also helped us resolve issues/questions that popped up as the project progressed. Did the project go perfectly? No. We anticipated the schedule wasn't going to meet the original time table. Essentially 95% of the project was done on time. The remaining 5% took a couple of additional weeks to close. The only other minor issue we had were the tilers were messy. Not in the quality of the tile work itself but in actual mess. All cleaned up by the end of the project but still.

I recently called Kinsey Interiors as I needed window treatments for our new home in Sun City. I was working with another person from another company who didn't seem to want my business.also, they were extremely expensive. It seemed I was always the one who was initiating the calls. I then referred to my Sun City magazine and called Kinsey Interiors. GiGi came out and measured (no charge to bid on window treatments- unlike the $150 I paid the other company) and gave me a quote for all the windows. Wow!
A big difference. Not only were their prices reasonable, but most of all she was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable. I am excited about our choices and can't wait to finish my windows with the treatments we chose. I will refer Kinsey to anyone I come in contact with who needs help with their interior services.

I have worked with Kinsey Interiors since the beginning of 2016. I owned my own business for 15 years before that, doing design work for clients and working with other general contractors for my clients doing remodels. Within the first couple months of working for Kinsey, and using our own in-house project manager, I knew this was where I was staying indefinitely! I have had the privilege of getting to know and work with Pamela Skross with Kinsey Interiors! She helped me select everything from furniture to decor to rugs to draperies in the family room, kitchen, guest room, dining room, master bedroom, and office while keeping your budget in mind.
