Overhead door spring broke Friday evening. Saturday called several places who claimed to be open. Was hung up by one and left voicemails on others. Monday, starting at 8:10 AM recalled those from Saturday and again left voice mails. Called 2 others from local phone book and left voicemails. Finally caller All Pro and talked to a live lady. She took my info and gave me up front costs and set up appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Technician called and arrived 30 minutes later and replaced the spring. At promised time, professional and knowledgable, , for up front price. Would highly recommend to anyone

Communication has been absolutely horrendous. Our install date was at the beginning of March which was 12 weeks after ordering. They called us the day before to say they didn't have our doors ready and had no idea when they would be here. So we waited because what's a few more weeks. Our new install date was moved to tomorrow. They called today to tell us.guess what.they don't have our doors.
They are making no concessions or offering any real solution other than "sorry there's nothing we can do". So at this point our only real option is a refund and it's been 14 weeks and nothing to show for it. Very disappointment.

Our overhead door completely seized up last Friday so I called AllPro that Saturday (yes, they actually answer phones on Saturdays) and booked the very first appointment available for Monday morning. The technician was excellent and provided a solution quickly with minimum disruption to the business. I was impressed with the service, efficiency and affordability of this company and highly recommend them for any overhead garage needs.

I have called on AllPro Overhead Door three times now. Each time they have been quick and courteous with their service and very easy to deal with. This latest time I had noticed one morning that a bolt was coming out of the wall for the drive train track of the door opener. I opened the door and moved my car onto the driveway, then I called AllPro.
They had someone out here within a couple of hours. I let the technician know we were thinking about new garage doors as well, so could he give me a quote while he was making the repair. He not only gave me a quote on new doors, but didn't charge me for the repair. Wow! A lot of companies would have easily charged $100, $150 or more just for coming out.
I selected my garage doors and placed the order within a week. We had wonderful new garage doors and a new opener for the other side of our garage within a few weeks. As for their prior two trips out here for minor stuff, very similar service. I would definitely recommend using them. Wonderful to find a company which provides such excellent service and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.

Broken spring. Vehicle was held hostage. Called AllPro at 7:30pm. They answer d the phone while at dinner. Scheduled an emergency appointment for me the next day, giving me a 2-hour window. Urbano arrived at 8:45am the next morning. Work took about 30-45 minutes. Great experience. Great service. Urbano was professional, had a good personality and was lived locally. I contacted this company around 10 am yesterday, 11/06/2017 and they were able to fit me in. I've had issues dealing with garage door companies in the past that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I've been manually letting my garage door up and down because the companies I called could not/would not resolve my issue. Fast forward to yesterday, Refugio Gallo came in and was able to straighten out my door that was out of alignment very quickly and put the 2 door rollers back in place.
He replaced a hinge, mounted my wall control, reprogrammed my wireless key entry pad outside the garage, replaced missing hinge screws and greased down all the hinges. I was able to purchase a new remote which he programmed. He also adjusted the door and made sure everything was working smoothly. His service was outstanding. I was so hesitant to contact another garage door company since my experience in the past was terrible. Refugio was professional and did a great job.
He also answered any questions I had. Claudia scheduled my service and kept communication open letting me know he was on his way. If I ever need garage service again, I will call AllPro Overhead Door!

We called first thing in the morning and they sent a technician out same day to help repair our garage door! The office staff was very friendly and upfront with the cost of the services! The technician was on time and very friendly! The repair was done quickly and there were no surprises! We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

Called and explained the issue I had with door (auto door not opening higher than 6 inches). Spoke with a man who provided options and estimated costs of possible problem. Scheduled technician and technician checked out the problem of door. Resolved and paid. Insurance required reason for expenditure, when I called to obtain letter stating the reason and the resolution; AllPro Overhead Door states they cannot provide letter (refused), because they cannot remember and that I should have requested that the reason be put on the invoice at the time.
Due to lack of customer service and the principal's inability to try and be reasonable, I cannot provide more than a "3". I believe they just do not believe in backing up there work. Though they analyzed my problem correctly and fixed the issue, I do not understand why they refused to stand by the work. I will not use them in the future, due to customer service; but I will also insure in future needs, that I will state the reason for the service be specified on receipt from the next company I use.

I bought a Ryland Home in 2006 it was without a garage door opener. I called All Pro and they came out and installed a LiftMaster Formula I opener with 2 remotes and a exterior keypad. All Pro arrived on time and was very careful with the installation and everything put in has worked perfectly over the last 7 years. During the installation I was informed that the door that came with the new home was the cheapest available or bottom of the line.
Last year the garage door spring that came with the house broke, not All Pros fault as the door assembly was of poor quality since day one. All pro came out and put a better quality spring in and it was preformed fine since then. Recently my wife backed in to the garage door bending it and the track guides for the wheels too. I called All Pro they were going to come out that night but the cost was going to be 225.00 so I asked them to come out the next day.
They arrived and replaced one wheel assembly, re-aligned the tracks, un bent the door. I wanted to replace the dented panel but the garage door maker is out of business. All Pro charged me 130.00 saving from buying a new door $750.00 I have a second home and the garage door opener that came with the house stopped working 2 years ago and All Pro put a LiftMaster in that home too and has worked fine ever since.
I am very happy with All Pro. They do what they say they are going to do. They call me to update their arrival time. The work has always been very good and the guys are careful and nice. I think the pricing has been very fair over these last 7 years.

Had a spring break and found my garage door stuck in the down position. Found All Pro via the Better Business Bureau website and decided to check them out as they had an A+ rating. Their website advertised 24-hour phone support and they were true to their word as I called at 1:24AM on a Saturday and they answered on the 2nd ring. They set up my appointment right then and there and gave me a reasonable appointment window.
When it came time for the appointment, they not only showed up on time but finished the job before the end of the window, even calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. Installers were dressed professionally, were friendly and courteous. They finished the install in rapid time, showed me the door and safety sensors worked and cleaned up and left. Great service, would highly recommend using these guys.

I was not overly impressed with them but I doubt it matters much. When I called they were not able to come by because of scheduling which is fine, I understand so we set something up for the next day which is where I became unimpressed. We set up a time of 4:30 because I told them we only had a small window of time and had to leave our home soon after.
They did not show at 4:30 as agreed and so I called at 4:45 and got a man on the phone who seemed bothered that I was calling and basically said they would get there when they could, they were finishing up a job elsewhere. A word of advice to them would be to call ahead if you are running behind. That's funny because I got a call at 5:10 saying they would be 10-15 min late to which I laughed and tried to explain that they were already 40 minutes late.
He either didn't understand this or chose to ignore it because he said like I said, their running about 10-15 minutes behind. They finally arrived around 5:20-5:30 and looked at the door and gave the estimate. I don't think I ask a lot from the companies I deal with but customer service is the single most important factor in determining if this is a company I will do business with.

Great service! Upon the initial inspection of our house, there were some garage door issues. Finally, we got around to getting serious about fixing them. We bought an Angie's List Deal for half off an inspection and routine maintenance of our garage door. I called, and they were able to fit me in the very same day! Not only that, but while they gave me a wide time frame, they 1) called me to notify me they'd be on their way and 2) came early, which was a relief because I had things to get done.
The guys explained everything they did and left a detailed inspection report of the things they adjusted what they had put the garage door settings at for future reference. This was a great experience.thank you!
