We recently moved into our home in the Canyons at HCH ranch. Our home has been a joy to live in and Grand Endeavor does quality work. We built from out of state which made it difficult to make sure our home was being built to our specifications. However, during the second half of our build we were extremely lucky to have Kyler Payne become our superintendent.

He was probably the best part of this whole process. Responsive, organized, and just a decent person. He brought this build across the finish line and went above and beyond where he could to make sure everything was done right. To this day he has still helped us if an issue comes up. He even saved us early one morning when a backflow valve burst during an overnight freeze. We are extremely grateful for him. He is a great asset to the new Canyons community and to Grand Endeavor Homes.

First and foremost, we would have never heard of, nor reached out to Grand Endeavor Homes if it wasn't for Lindsey Ledyard as we received a hand-written note describing Grand Endeavor in our mailbox in San Marcos, Texas. Everything on paper checked our blocks, and when researching the company, the designs matched our taste. We contacted Matt Deputy and he was nothing short of amazing.

He met us at our land and described the process in detail. His reoccurring words, were no pressure', and we did not feel any pressure the entire time we were thinking of building. This was huge, as we met with other builders and EVERY builder pressured us into signing and wanted our floor plans (which we did not have). Every time I called Matt, which was quite often, he fielded my call with patience and grace, and guided us with the answers we needed.

It took us a year to sign the contract, and Matt often called just to check on us, again with no intent or pressure for us to sign. When we did sign, Matt knew what we were wanting as a custom floorplan and helped us develop and draw-up (from scratch) a beautiful floorplan that is now our home. Even when we were finished with Matt and his process, he still called and check up on us, and I to this date keep in contact with Matt.

He is one of the salt of the earth humans! Matt was accommodating and kind the entire way! The process then took us to Kristen Crandall Hammers, at the design center. Kristen was extremely patient with us. When we went into our first design appointment, we did not know what we wanted, but she guided us with homework and scheduled another appointment.

We were much more prepared and she assisted with us with ALL that we needed. Kristen was great to communicate and work with, as she responded quick and gave us a lot of recommendations that were prudent to our home. She was an invaluable asset to us! When the build was to commence, we met Tyler Richards, who I cannot put into words how much he means to us.

He fielded EVERY one of my calls, was responsive, on time, communicated wonderfully and was very approachable in all his dealings. Tyler gave us recommendations as this was his home with his family, and he treated our home and us, as aforementioned. Tyler is also one of the most decent human beings alive, and is extremely thoughtful and personable. Tyler built our home with precision and every detail was immaculate. Tyler still answers calls and follows up with us with each question we have.

He is by far the best construction superintendent! Each phase of the process was streamlined and thoroughly explained. We enjoyed each phase as a new phase did not start until the previous phase was completed. This was important as it did not overwhelm us at all. Clarity, GREAT communication and follow-through were keys to our successful experience.

The experience was a wonderful one. We have heard that building a home is tough, lengthy and often things do not go as planned as building materials are scarce etc. This was not the case in our experience, quite the opposite. Brittany & Jerry

After purchasing our land, we took our time selecting a builder and the experience with our sales rep, Matt, was so helpful and informational explaining to us the best way to utilize our land to build our dream home without having to cut down our beautiful oak trees. We built during the pandemic which magnifies the normal challenges of building a new house. But GEH navigated those challenges gracefully and came up with good options when supply chain or other issues threw us a curve ball. Stated simply, GEH is a quality organization that does the right thing, and truly cares about providing quality and making their customers happy.

I have to call-out their stellar after sale (warranty) support. They have been equally attentive and responsive after our closing. We are not hearing that from our neighbors who used other builders that "disappear" after the closing. Grand Endeavor just completed my custom home on Lake Travis and Phil Walsh was the construction superintendent. I am a roofing contractor in the Austin and San Antonio market and my primary customers are single family production builders like Highland Homes, Coventry, Gehan, Lennar, Meritage, KB Homes, and others. Through all my accounts I interact daily with supervisors for the builder, over 100.

I am on new home jobsites everyday. I know when you lift the hood and look inside a builders business nothing matters other than the quality and reliability of their trade base. The subcontractors; plumbers, electricians, foundation, dry wall, cabinet subcontractors, etc., literally are the builder. That's who builds your house and the superintendent is who organizes, schedules and inspects the work.

That's what you evaluate in choosing a builder. But unfortunately you cant see that until you sign. Often, me and my wife included, when building a dream home the focus is on design, floorplan, flooring, cabinet and all the selections we get to make. That's fun; but after that is when the choice of the builder chosen matters. You can have fun making selections with any builder but once done construction begins and reality sets in if I chose the right builder.

I closed on the loan and started paying interest on the construction loan. I was financing the project and Grand Endeavor was my contractor. How fast and on schedule matters as I am paying and financing the construction, the same as any developer building a shopping mall. Grand Endeavor became clear we made the right choice. All these critical issues were realized.

Multiple trades on site simultaneously, completed trade work first go around, attention to detail, full inspections of all trades work by Phil and trades that showed up continually. Beautiful. If Lake Travis stays dry, pray for rain, and we have to build another dream home no research necessary, I have my builder. And by the way the roofer they use has been their roofer for over 10 years, like many of the trades they use, and they won't change. And I even bought a house from them. $1.2MM. Bummer. I really can't say enough about the experience we had with Grand Endeavor. We heard nightmare stories from friends in the home building process, so we were prepared for a struggle. But our entire home building experience was seamless! NO hiccups, no drama, no time delays. Just a straight up, honest, responsive, attentive, quality experience. They built our DREAM HOME that is beautiful but also durable.

Everyone says building a new home is stressful, especially in the current market. My experience with Kyler Payne at Grand Endeavor was exceptional and seamless. This was my first time building a home and Kyler went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. When my wife and I set out to find a builder for our new home, we spoke to several other home builders before sitting down with the folks at Grand Endeavor. Walking into their very impressive model in Liberty Hill, our first assumption was that they would be well outside our price range. As we started discussing pricing with their Build on Your Lot team we were blown away at the caliber of home that they could build for an extremely competitive price.

We were even more excited to hear that they could build on our lot that was a little farther outside of the Austin metro area than several of the other builders were willing to travel. After signing with GE, we continued to be impressed with their ability to deliver a premium product at a great price in under 1 year, despite global supply chain and labor constraints.

Our building superintendent, Phil Wash, was an absolute pleasure to work with! He is a diligent and efficient project manager with an incredible understanding of building processes and materials. Any challenges that arose throughout the build were effectively communicated through their very user friendly "Builder Trend" app and he was extremely responsive to any questions that we had along the way.

He was always more than willing to go the extra mile to help us understand the current build phase and would meet us onsite as needed to show current status or answer questions. We moved in last week and I'm still in awe of this place. The build quality is truly top notch.

What a Christmas present! As I write this review, we are happy new owners of a beautiful new Grand Endeavor Home. My wife and I would like to thank all of the people who made this possible. Our journey with Grand Endeavor started out with a phone call to a number on a billboard one afternoon. Within the hour the call was promptly returned by Matt Deputy, who assured us that we had called the right builder. Matt met us at the property a few days later and was the first introduction to a very well-run company.

At our preconstruction meeting we were introduced to several other Grand Endeavor employees including our project manager Phil Walsh. During a time of supply shortages, labor shortages, and all the other post pandemic problems, Phil Walsh was superb. Phil kept us informed throughout the process, answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, and consistently delivered on what he promised.

We were very fortunate to have Phil in our corner! Being that this was our first time to build a house, we were a bit worried about how we would ever be able to make all the selections required to finish a house, and also worried we might also make some "wrong" selections. That worry was put to rest when we were introduced to Kristen Crandall. Kristen is a professional and is simply great at what she does. Kristen helped us navigate through the selection process.

She developed a sense of what we were hoping to build and provided many options that helped us stay the course. Lastly, we would like to thank Maurine Janke. Maurine assisted us with our contract, draws and lender related items which let us know where we stood financially throughout the build process. From start to finish the experience has been very positive. My salesman Matt, Was always very responsive and helpful. When my house was being built, my Formans Chad and Kyle were very attentive to detail and always addressed any issues or questions I had right away. We recently moved in our Grand Endeavor Home and could not be more pleased with the process and end result. Much of that was thanks to our construction superintendent, Kyler Payne, who facilitated our long-distance build. This is the 4th home we have built over the past 10 years and they don't come any better than Brad. I could literally write a novel on why Brad is amazing- but you should probably just build with Grand Endeavor and find out first hand. I'll start by saying Brad's communication skills are superior to any other builder we've worked with. Brad answered every single phone call, text and email we thew at him with urgency.

He constantly went above and beyond when it came to our build, his attention to detail, extreme organization and ability to juggle a million tasks is impressive. When we started the process of building our custom home, we had the pleasure of working with Chad Cornell as our superintendent. He was very responsive to what we wanted and was great to work with, but we think he was over extended with all the homes going up. They brought in Kyler Payne about halfway through the build and assigned him as our new superintendent.

From day one he was thrown in to pickup where Chad had left off and I'm sure it wasn't easy for him to come into a project that he had not started. His customer service skills and abilities to get the job moving at a faster pace, as well as being very responsive to our questions or issues was awesome. Kyler, thank you for all your hard work and being a great superintendent to work with. We appreciate all that you did for us in making our dream home come to life. Grand Endeavor exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. We selected one of their designs and customized it inside and out to accommodate some of our unique desires. GE was quick with new floor plans and didn't charge us for the changes. They completed our house in less than 8 mos from ground-breaking to close. All throughout the process James, our superintendent, was communicative, responsive, and attentive to detail.

We happen to live on the property as it was built and were able to witness every nuance of the process. I was able to speak with James almost daily about what was happening so we could make the best decisions for our desired outcome. The process could not have gone smoother.

We contracted with Grand Endeavor (GE) through their "build on your own lot" program and they exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The design and contracting process was very seamless and transparent. When compared to other builders we quoted out, GE was extremely competitive but superior in quality and customer service. Despite the industry challenges with labor and material shortages, construction had started within just a couple weeks after closing on the construction loan and progressed to completion with very few, and otherwise minor delays.

Our Superintendent, Kyler Payne, was fantastic to work with. He was very professional, communicated regularly to keep us up to date on progress and was very transparent about issues/concerns/risks that would come up along the way. He addressed issues immediately and ensured that anything that was not done to standard was corrected before we moved to the next step.

With increased labor and material prices we did see a couple minor overages on concrete and well drilling, but GE was very transparent with those additional costs and worked closely with us to minimize the financial impact to our family as much as possible. In short, I will be recommending GE to anyone I know who is looking to build a new home and if I ever need to build again, they will be the first place I call.

We did build on your lot with Grand Endeavor Homes and had an amazing experience with the entire team. We were always kept up to date with everything and had help and assistance from the moment we reached out until even after we moved in. We started our custon home build process with Grand Endeavor in early 2021. I had a very specific vision for my home and was able to achieve it with the GE team. They built on property we already owned and managed the process very professionally. We had a few misunderstandings and friction points but when your building a 4,000 Sq ft custom home during a material shortage and supply chain crisis, on top of a severe labor shortage, I could not have asked for more from the GE team. Especailly my builder Phil.

Building a custom home is challenging but the GE team and Phil made the process and final product, my new home, beautiful. I will build my next home with GE and only if I can work with Phil again.

The second is the professionalism of the staff you'll interact with from start to finish. This is where Grand Endeavor shines and where we were very blessed to have the absolute best superintendent we have ever worked with. Kyler is an absolute rock star and such a great asset for both of us and GEH. He's extremely responsive in his communication, keeping us up to date on every last detail and providing great context on any issues or delays we may have experienced (we built our home in the height of the pandemic).

His quality assurance for every trade/service was excellent and he pushed to meet every deadline that was set to ensure we could close on our home within the predetermined dates provided. All of this in itself allowed for a great experience, but the most impactful differentiator is the fact that he was an amazing advocate for us throughout the entire build.

He genuinely cared that the finished product was something we were 100% satisfied with and took every opportunity to go above and beyond what we expected. With other family members having a similar experience with their supers for their own home construction, it's safe to say that Grand Endeavor offers a consistent level of service for high quality premium homes.

We used Grand Endeavor Homes to build on our property in Bertram. They provided guidance on layout and cost of design changes and helped us stay in budget and get the things that were important to us. Several things in the beginning of the process were frustrating. Pricing on flooring upgrades was less than transparent and ended up adding about $5,000 that I had not intended to spend.

The 3 month lag between the time we agreed to everything, provided a deposit, and closed on our loan and the beginning of construction was frustrating. After construction began the Construction Manager did a great job keeping everything on schedule. We were able to move in 2 weeks ahead of the projected completion time. Phil was able to make things look good and maximize functionality within the budget.

I tried for a few add ons and he gave me the prices and choices. He was easy to stay in contact with, always answering the phone or returning calls in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I the Grand Endeavor did a great job. The project was done on time and on budget. The house is everything we wanted and we hope that this is our forever home. This was our first custom home build and we looked at over a dozen custom home builders before ultimately selecting Grand Endeavor Homes. The quality and finish work is really what sold us. When my wife and I were thinking of building a custom home, I had know question who I wanted to use. Our old home was one of the last Jimmy Jacobs' homes on paper. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Knowing there was a bloodline that flowed to Grand Endeavors, I knew it would be the same. Jimmy Warren was great to work with on my design and gets all the credit for the hidden pantry. Tyler might be one of the nicest Super Intendents I have ever met.
