Two stars because we had a great experience once last year, and a very poor one now. We had countertops chosen and installed last year with no problems; we were walk ins and it was a great experience! I would say 5 stars then. Interesting fact is the guy who helped us last year actually left and went off on his own as a contractor. Perhaps that is the difference this time.
Fast forward to now. We called to get an appointment but no one returned our call. We are on a time limit so we went there as a walk in at 4:00 yesterday. They were closed. Went again today at 11:45 AM and a man stopped us as we were walking in to tell us they are closed. We saw a room of staff also in the back room, and no one was willing to speak to us or even tell us a good time to come back.
It was abrupt and caught us off guard. Since we can't call and connect for an appointment, and we can't physically go and connect, we are on the hunt for another spot. What a huge difference in service compared to last year.

Tiffany Gill was difficult to work with. We were asked by our contractor to call Affinity and ask for Tiffany and set up an appointment to select countertops and sinks. We went to our appointment and quickly selected our countertops and my wife already knew which sink she wanted. We showed Tiffany the sink we wanted and she asked us to select a 2nd choice.
We selected the same sink in a smaller size. Now the contractor and Tiffany talk. He gives her the countertop dimensions and if the sink is something other than a standard undermount sink she is to tell him, so the contractor can let the cabinet maker know what to make. Cabinets are installed and we go back to Affinity to select where we want the countertop to be cut (templates of countertops are onsite). Done.
Next thing we know, the contractor calls to say we ordered the wrong sink. He said we ordered an apron sink. I tell him we ordered/wanted a Blanco Precis undermount sink and that we will contact Tiffany. My wife called Tiffany and she said we ordered the Precis apron sink and that our 2nd choice was the 29 Precis undermount sink. My wife explained that that was not what she asked for.
We had the Precis undermount before and that is what she wanted this time. We showed her in the showroom what we wanted and in a catalog. So Tiffany said she would get back to my wife. We were told by our contractor that Affinity was looking for the sink we originally wanted. Never heard back from Tiffany. The next day the countertops and sinks are installed. Afterwards, we went and looked at the installations and the sink installed was not the Precis, but the Diamond.
My wife emailed Tiffany and she said she would research it and get back to us. The next day my wife read the email response from Tiffany and she said an executive decision (which did not include us) was made to go with the Diamond. They couldn't find the Precis. Tiffany Gill does not listen or take very clear notes to have made a huge mistake like this that we have to live with.
If we had ordered and wanted an apron sink she should have told the contractor at the time measurements were given so that the cabinet maker could account for the apron. This did not happen because she knew it was an undermount sink. Extremely poor customer service. If you go to Affinity Stoneworks, do not work with Tiffany Gill. After our project is complete we are considering reaching out to the BBB.

We have been looking to build a bar cabinet/table and decided to visit Affinity stoneworks. This place was great in that they helped organize everything so we did not have to drive to multiple stores to get different items (tabletop, sinks, wooden shelves, cabinets). We were very impressed with the staff who helped us in our design process and choosing the right stone countertop.
We never felt rushed and they were happy to answer all of our questions. When it came to building the project, we were extremely pleased with the work performed by Shane. He did an excellent job building the project. He was very professional and detailed in his work. Overall, I was very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone interested.

This place is fabulous! I shopped all over the Atlanta area. YES ALL OVER. I went to every granite store, north, south, west and east. Some of them several times, including Affinity. The staff at Affinity Stoneworks know their stuff, they are friendly, and very knowledgeable. I love my kitchen granite countertops from Affinity. I'm going back soon as we're thinking about remodeling our bath. Thanks Affinity!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience when shopping for new countertops. I worked with Rika Jemmott and she was fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable all the way through. From the beginning to the end, she walked me through each step, making sure I made the most informed decision. Every stage of the process was smooth and communicated well by Affinity, from ripping out my old countertops to installing the beautiful new quartz countertops.
Everyone was friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had what I wanted. I'd highly recommend Affinity and Rika! Thanks for making the whole process smooth and easy.

From the moment we met Norris Daniel for our design consultation, I knew we were in good hands. We replaced our countertop and backsplash. Everything went exactly as scheduled and the process was easy to live with. Kelly was terrific at scheduling and updating us on who was coming and when. Our countertops are gorgeous and our experience with Affinity Stoneworks was excellent! Highly recommend.

I finally have the kitchen I always dreamed of thanks to Affinity Stoneworks. Elizabeth and her team are exceptional. She gave me a calendar of who would be at our home on each day for three weeks and what they would be doing. we all had a schedule and it was kept. The result of Elizabeth's design is more than we expected. We are so happy with our new kitchen. I highly recommend these professionals

I stumbled upon Affinity based on google reviews and I'm so glad I did! This was my first remodel project and while it didn't go as planned, Affinity provided great service at every step. Elizabeth was amazing to work with on design. She sensed my style immediately and let me make my own decisions but offered confident opinions when I needed them.
She was so fun to work with and I can't wait to do another project! Brian, the scheduler and project manager, was amazing. He is patient, kind and responsive. I flooded my kitchen a day before install and messed up his and the contractors schedules completely but he never showed frustration. I then changed the scope of the tile job at the last minute which led to a larger tile issue (too complicated to explain) but the important thing is that Brian, Affinity and their amazing tile contractor went out of their way to make it right and ensure I had the end result I envisioned. I will be partnering with Affinity on all my future projects.great service, great products and fair prices!

Affinity Stoneworks did an amazing job on my basement bar! i think that you really only know how good a company is when something goes wrong. I chose some slabs, and they were not going to work the way I wanted them to. Norris, Brian, and company were so patient. they went way over and above to help me pick the right slabs for my project. They worked tirelessly to give me just what I wanted.
I could not be happier. I would recommend them to anyone! Norris is so patient, and will work with you to make sure that you are happy! Terry is there to help with any design questions you have! If you need any kind of stone, please go see them!

It's rare to have such a positive experience with a business. I chose Affinity Stoneworks because they said they could handle all my kitchen renovation needs. Thank heavens I chose them! They were able to help me with my choice of stone for countertops as well as with design recommendations, along with handling fabrication, plumbing, electricity and even paint color for my cabinets.
Everyone on staff was both knowledgeable and very gracious about helping me through my kitchen renovation. They also worked quickly so my kitchen wasn't useless for very long. I highly recommend Affinity - owners Elizabeth and Carleton who are there and involved every day, and Norris, Bryan and Terry - all friendly as well as skilled.

I love this business. From the moment I walked into the storefront every person I met was friendly and helpful. I found a piece of granite that was exquisite and had to have it in my kitchen! When it was delivered to be installed, Brian and his helper were incredible in their knowledge, skill and craftsmanship. I didn't know how involved it was to install granite, but these guys are artisans. I couldn't be happier with the entire process, right down to Tina, the scheduler. Everyone was just so pleasant to work with. I would encourage anyone to do business there
