Owen and the team came to the rscue! On a job from Tampa and ran into a problem, the national company we use couldn't get a lift out for a few days. Called Alpha Rental after a quick google search and he had what we needed delivered to the job site in just over 1 hour. Thanks guys we will try to use you when in the Atlant area on future projects.

Best company around to rent in Alpharetta! The machines were clean, were comfortable, and were all easy to operate for beginners. But most importantly, the staff were amazing. Specifically Jay! He is always everywhere making sure everyone is comfortable, had what they needed and were happy. Well done Owen for employing such a remarkable staff member. Would definitely return if in the area. Highly recommend it!

I have rented from these guys several times over the last year. Sod cutter, skid steer, pressure washing equipment. All fairly priced. Excellent customer service, reliable delivery and nice guys. go see them. much better than local big box.

The staff at Alpha Rental have helped me save hundreds of dollars. They've repaired my a) leaf blower and b) pressure cleaner and I've been very satisfied with the results. Every time I've come into the shop they've provided me with accurate estimates. I've found their pricing to be fair and their turn around times are good. I recommend Alpha Rental to anyone looking to repair their tools and equipment.

They do lawnmower and other yard machine tune-ups and fixes. The service is fast and friendly. Willing to tell you what's up with your machine. I have taken my 14+ year old lawnmower multiple times to Alpha Rental for fixing and they return it in great condition, like new, in less than a week. Alpha Rentals also does winterize/Spring tune-up of mowers as well. Makes sense as they have to keep their own tools tuned for customer use. Cost much cheaper than a new lawnmower for them to fix. Try it! Take note: They are not open on weekends. Definitely locally owned and operated.

I'm genuinely impressed by this company. I was leary about my hubby getting on the roof of our house so I called to rent a higher PSI pressure washer. The individual (possibly the owner or manager) explained that the one that we had was sufficient for the task and that unfortunately my husband did need to get close enough to it. I'm naive about these things so he could have easily gotten me to pay for the other rental.

I really appreciated his advice and honesty. Thankfully everything went great with the pressure washing, so I suppose that I didn't have a reason to be nervous after all. We will definitely be renting their attachment for our driveway and will use them for some of our upcoming projects. There are too few companies that are this honest nowadays and they've earned our loyalty because of it. I highly recommend Alpha Rental.

Called in and told the customer service person that I would be in to rent lawnmower on Saturday. Went in and was told the manager or boss mysteriously broke the blade earlier that morning then asked if we could buy one, the customer service person excuse was that did not sale them, when it is written on the door and advertised on the the site. Now, keep in mind this was our First experience ever going to them. We will go elsewhere to bad we could not give no stars.

Rented a chain saw from these guys, they helped me load the saw and gas into my trunk and didn't tell me there was no safety cap on the gas can so it spilled all over the trunk! Next the saw had an extremely poor chain on it. It was unevenly "sharpened" and unable to make a level cut! The saw was also not tuned properly and didn't have any dogs on the power head. I will never be doing any business with Alpha Rental again!

I have used Alpha Rental since moving to Georgia 10 years ago. Without fail, every year we tackle a home project which inevitably requires renting some kind of equipment to complete the job. We have rented a stump grinder, post hole digger, bobcat and ditchwitch/trench digger and a chainsaw to name a few. Each time we receive detailed safety and operational instructions. They are a conscientious, extremely friendly, locally-owned small business that has earned the community's support.

I took my push mower in to get fixed after it hadn't been running for over a year. things where froze up and what not. they got the mower running just fine, but when i went to mow the self-propelled part didnt work. I called back and was told that they didn't do anything to it and that i was told this, i was told nothing about it. also i asked how much it would be to fix and was told that it would be 150$ after what i had already paid(60$). making a total of 210$ to fix a 200$ mower that is a few years old. not happy, wouldn't recommend, wont go back
