Gardener's

I had some water damage in my upstairs loft, and my association had Gardener's come out to do the repairs. This company is top notch! Fred, the gentleman who came to my home to assess the damage, was very kind and very patient.answered all of my questions. Never seemed to be in a rush. Was very thorough in explaining everything that would need to be done, as well as the potential "what ifs" once the work began.

A very nice guy! Then, the two gentlemen who did the work in my home.well, it was very evident that they love their jobs! They had very pleasant personalities, were friendly, but not just that. EXCELLENT in the work they do! Explained everything to me ahead of time, and kept me posted as they did the work! Also, very neat and clean! They gave great attention to detail as they did the work!

Very thorough, and I couldn't have asked for a more professional crew! My upstairs loft looks the best it has ever looked! THANK YOU, GARDENER'S! Also, I will say this was not the first time Gardener's has come to my home to repair something. Every time their level of service has been OUTSTANDING!

They did good work for us the first time. We tried to get them to come back and do more work. Someone came out and took an estimate. We've called at least 8x in the two months since and no one can provide that estimate or will follow up with us. Very strange business practice and bad business to tell a customer multiple times you'll get back to them and never do it

I used this company to do some work at my house. I didn't had any issues with this company until contractor came to do the work. He called me names thinking that I'm not listening because I asked him questions about the repair work. His attitude wasn't professional and respectful towards me and my house. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Gardener's previously did some HOA work for a community I used to live in, they did an exceptional job. This review is more about the high integrity of the people that work for Gardener's: my wife and two children were in a minor car accident and Jared G and Chris D from Gardener's helped make sure everyone was okay and de-escalate a high stress situation.

They didn't have to do this but took time out to check up on everyone. Finding a contractor who employs true professionals that are of high character is increasingly hard to find. Between the previous work they've done on my property and events with the car accident, I think it's a safe bet to trust this company with your project.

Great company with outstanding work. Contractors are professional, attentive, and thorough. We have used them for numerous projects and have always been very happy!

Over a terrible experience with a company, the worst that I can remember. Initially called about some landscaping work, was eventually called back two days later about setting up an appointment for an estimate. Abe Salmon came over as scheduled to do the estimate. Then I was told I would have the estimate in a couple days. A week later I called back, no answer or reply.

I called again finally got called back, and said he "is working on the estimate right now and will get it over to me today". Three days later I received the estimate. The same day I call back to discuss changing a couple of items. About a week later I received a response, that they will update the estimate and get back to me. Two weeks go by, nothing.

I contacted again, they assured me they were working on updating my estimate. Another week goes by I reach out again. Two days later they reply "sorry we are too busy to work on your project at this time.". Unbelievable months of wasted time and effort, never experienced anything like this. Avoid them like the plague. UPDATE: they have since reached out to me and gave me references for other companies.

Gardener's is the best! They solved a big leaky problem for us quickly and efficiently. After a rather stressful day they even made me laugh! If you need a contractor, call them!

I was out of town and a neighbor let Fred Bozzell in to review flood damage to my basement. He was working for the community property manager Vanguard Management. I emailed and left a voice mail. I never received a written report or a response from Fred or Vanguard Management. Hire at your own risk.

This company does not deserve a star at all. They came to replace the hardwood in my house and did a terrible job. Their customer service is horrible. The manager ignored the many emails that I sent to file complaints. If you do not want to WASTE your money, DO NOT USE GARDENER INC.

I'm not one to write reviews but feel in this case I have an obligation to do so. Dealing with Gardener's has been amazing. Everyone knows their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with. I've used them a few times over the years and in every case they have not only finished the job on time but stayed on or under the agreed upon budget. The company has been around for +/- 30 years and the owner is still very accessible and takes a personal interest in the work his people are doing.

On my last job the owner went as far as driving me to his tile supplier allowing me to pick the exact tile I wanted. I just wish everyone operated like Gardeners. Contractors.

Once again, Gardener's came through with shining colors. We'd initially used them as they are the designated repair crew for the condo association. We'd had a roof leak due to a faulty skylight installation and it caused our ceiling to discolor after it dried out. Garry, their painter, was going to paint the entire room's ceiling for one small area of stain! He'd already beautifully draped the room in tarps before I realized what was about to happen.

No way did the whole ceiling need painting. Gary, after some protest, just painted over the stain, and was very particular about feathering the paint to blend it in well. Outstanding! Recently we had another reason to hire this most excellent company. Our neighbor's door was slamming shut and the noise was affecting our unit. We asked them what they could do to minimize the sound.

After consulting with Fred, the manager, they removed and replaced the door's hinges as well as corrected the upside down installation of the door knob! For the first time in a long time that darn door slamming doesn't make us jump out of our skins. Thank you Gardener's!

Gardener's is an EXCELLENT contractor. We had to have structural and interior work done on our home due to termite damage. Their workers came on time, were courteous, performed their assigned tasks skillfully, and finished the project on time and on budget. Their price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to homeowners.
