BT Martin Contractors gets recently vacant apartments ready for new tenants for local apartment complexes in Maryland. Our services extend to just about any apartment complex in the Fredrick and surrounding D.C. Area. No matter how old or new, we can work on tearing out carpet, painting walls, patching holes, fixing electrical work, perform plumbing services, and more.

Ben and Dan at BT Martin are the best. They are easy to work with, provide a smooth process and help every step of the way. The quality and commitment to detail is just unmatched. They are really awesome contractors and super nice people. I had a really hard time securing a contractor who would come out to the Ag Reserve to help with the finishing of my basement. I am a builder from a different state. I needed a drywall contractor for an investment property. I found BT Martin. Ben and Dan really exceeded my expectations. Their work was very high quality. They finished exactly on time and on budget. They left the work space cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend them. I will use them again and refer them to my friends. They deserve a 10 star rating!

BT Martin Contractors are the best in the business. They just finished painting the interior of our house. We couldn't ask for a better job. Every detail was covered, touch-ups from little deteriorations from water damage. They even fixed a few small plumbing issues and a few little repairs where needed. Ben and Dan are great to work with and guarantee their work and will return should there be any additional touch-ups. I really recommend these guys!

Dan and Ben did an excellent job for us removing 20-year-old wallpaper from several rooms in our home and repainting them. The walls had not been properly primed before the wallpaper was applied, which meant parts of the wall came off when the paper was taken down. Ben and Dan did a great job smoothing everything over and making the walls look like new. The quality of their paint work was great too and they were accommodating of our paint brand choices. Overall, great guys and highly recommended!

We hired BT Martin to do some renovation work to our office space in Frederick, MD, and we were so pleased with their work and work ethic throughout the whole process. They were extremely courteous from the beginning and walked us through the whole process. We still had to work in the space while they were constructing around us, but they tried their hardest to keep the dust/noise/disruption to a minimum.
They were thorough and helpful the entire time, even with ordering some materials that we had trouble getting from the Landlord company. We would recommend them to anyone and we hope to have more office renovation jobs to give them in the future!

BT Martin recently completed what was an outstanding and meticulous job of painting the entire inside of our home in Silver Spring, MD. We had experienced tornado damage from last June when a tree fell on our roof, and BT Martin did some inside drywall repairs, as well as painting every room in our house. They also installed a new backsplash for our kitchen and did some granite repairs as well.
They did all this while we were in Florida! We gave them a key to our house and we left home. They treated our house as if it were there own home. We returned to a freshly painted 'new' house with things, paintings and all, exactly in the same place as we'd left them. Their workmanship is top quality, they are extremely reliable, their prices are reasonable, and most importantly, they are very trustworthy.
Anyone looking to have any remodeling project done, or painting or repairs done to their home should look no further, rather just instead call Dan or Ben of BT Martin Contractors. They are THE BEST!

B T Martin Contractors is an excellent company! I highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done in your home. We had major water damage in our home, and Dan and Ben restored our home where you couldn't even tell there was damage! My family looks at the house as brand new and it is 16 years old. They are also professional and take pride in their work! I will definitely use them again for future renovation projects.

We had a shower enclosure that was leaking behind the wall due to loose tiles and worn out grout. To make matters worse, the builder had used plain old gypsum board as the backer which didn't help matters. After doing some research online about proper shower installation and materials I began looking for contractors and bath re-modelers. After getting a few quotes I decided to go with B.T. Martin.
I was impressed with the responsiveness of Dan Martin and his knowledge regarding shower installs. It also helped that he actually seemed interested in getting our business and returning phones - a lot of contractors never get back to you. The work performed by Dan and his brother Ben along with their employee Ryan, was top notch. They showed up promptly and did a fantastic job.
