I was recommended this company by a couple of people. I contacted them for a big job at my home and after getting an estimate for waterproofing and replacing my front stairs and walkway, I made the necessary deposits and signed the contracts and then I was put on the schedule. They are a busy company that schedules about five to six weeks out but once they start, they are quick and efficient.
I am overall very happy with the work that was done. I did have to call them to come back to fix a few things that seemed rushed a tad. I'm still waiting for 2 small details to be fixed but Giselle and Gill are good people and have been on top of the details. Their staff was very friendly and polite. Josh worked hard waterproofing my floors in the basement.
I have already started recommending them. I suggest you give them a call for an estimate. They also do emergency work and have a 24-hour hotline. Update: the small things that needed adjusting have been fixed and I updated to 5 stars to reflect the service.

No stars. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I had water in my basement in October of last year. They came out on the 20th of October and initially I was so impressed. They did a quick fix to hold me over and sent an estimate about a week later. I paid it and heard nothing for weeks. I called and called and finally Gisele picked up the phone and promised the work would be done on 12/20/17.
They never showed up. After that no one answered the phone or any messages I left. Last Friday I had water in the basement and called again. No response. I hounded them all week and finally sent a message through Facebook. Gisele messaged me today saying they are dealing with her parent's health problems and are sending my deposit back to me. I would have been happy to understand if they had not ignored me. Now they aren't going to do the work at all. Very unprofessional!
