They are unprofessional! We have a few cracks on our kitchen countertop around the stovetop. The countertop is a material called Krion from Porcelanosa. Adam came by to look at them and told us that he could not fix it and we would need to replace the entire kitchen countertop. 3 days later instead of giving us a quote. He texted to tell us that they are not able to take on the work.
Perhaps too complicated to have to remove part of the cabinet? Or too little of a job to just replace a countertop? I called another contractor and they sent someone from Accurate Solid Surfaces specialized on high end countertop including repair. They are honest and professional. They are able to fix the cracks on site and did not tell us to replace the entire countertop. Does JB Marble provide good work I would never know. But I know they are not honest and they are Adam is unprofessional.

Was shopping for kitchen & bathroom renovation materials near the area, and stopped by the store without knowing the hours of operation. I was rudely greeted as I walked in the door "Do you need something?" the associate (lady at the front desk) was nearly shouting and very aggressive, and told me that they were closed when I said that I wanted to browse for new counters. some manager was walking around in flip flops. very stinky comopany. very dirty, small, gross place
