Have never wrote a negative review before but this company definitely deserves one. I am building a house and called this company and spoke to Dustin on 3-26-18 trying to get a quote for a fireplace and a insulation install. Dustin said he would go to our location on 3-28 and get an estimate for me. I called back on 4-2 and was told Dustin would call me back.

Never called. I called this morning 4-18 and he was in a meeting so I told the lady on the phone exactly what am writing and he was just coming out of a meeting. I repeated the situation and I said politely do I need to find someone else and he said he was not going to be bullied by me and said yes find someone else.
