Very pleased with our new fence. The team at Asheville fence did an amazing job. Yes, we had to wait 16 weeks but that shows the demand for their services. We were under a tight deadline to have our existing fence taken down and new one erected to install a new structure. The timing had to be perfect as there were other contractors showing up to do their part. The team from Asheville Fence came out in the pouring rain to make this job happen. Jeremiah and Anthony from Asheville Fence Co did an excellent job installing our fences. We really appreciated watching how meticulously they measured everything, leveled everything, cleaned up after their work, and how quickly the job was completed (after waiting months due to the popularity of the company and the incredible amount of rain!). We had a 4' tall, "dog-ear" style, wooden, picket fence with two gates installed around our front yard. We have two dogs, one with medical issues, that necessitate having a fenced yard, so you can imagine, we were eager to have a fence installed. After doing some research and talking to another company, we decided to go with Asheville Fence. Everyone we worked with at Asheville Fence was very responsive and professional.
They were able to stick with their timeline, which made us and our dogs happy! The installation team showed up early every morning (about 8 a.m. or so) and worked the whole day. It was installed in a timely manner. It's sturdy and looks great. The gates latch very well so we don't have to worry about the dogs getting out. The neighbors (many whom we don't know) when walking by comment and compliment us on the fence.

Horrific customer service. We scheduled an initial visit with them to come and assess what we needed. They indicated that would be there. We called back a few days later and they said we weren't on the schedule. Then, we were told we were back on the schedule for 8/20. So, today, 8/19, they call and say no one can come. We traveled 3 hours to meet them and now they cancel. They came highly recommended. I highly un-recommend them. Very UNprofessional!

I had an excellent experience with Asheville Fence from beginning to end. I got polite and helpful information from my first phone call. The man who came to look at my old fence came when promised and then sent a clear contract and cost statement. The workers who did the repair were hardworking and competent. When I asked them to move their truck and some equipment so that I could get out of my small street, they moved everything quickly and cheerfully. I got a call soon after the work to check on my satisfaction. The finished repaired fence looks great.
