I worked with Nate from Hot Springs Pools and Spa for the needed repairs to my Lifesmart hot tub that was our through another vendor. Nate was extremely polite and described the repair process in detail. He arrived on time after texting to verify the appointment time. The manufacturer sent the incorrect parts but Nate discovered that quickly and contacted them for the add it parts which arrived in two days. Nate called and came back out while I was at work and did all the repairs and everything was flawless. I highly recommend using Hot Springs Pools and Spas and if you need service be sure to ask for Nate!

I have been a customer of Hot Springs since 2000. They originally installed my inground pool and I also purchased a Caldera Spa from them. I have been very happy with their service. They have always been professional, responsive to my needs and questions, on time and they have done quality work both on installs and repairs. The attached picture is of a recent liner replacement.

We used Hot Springs Pools & Spas to replace the liner in our in-ground pool. It turned out amazing! Jake was the best. He was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the liner, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. The turnaround was very quick too- now we are just waiting on summer to arrive! They also replaced our pump and pool light; everything is working great. I would highly recommend Jake and his crew at Hot Springs to anyone needing a new pool liner!

Stuart and Zach were great to work with. We heard so many horror stories from friends that had used OTHER pool companies. Most people complained of big delays in the construction process. From the time the excavator went in the ground, we were swimming within 10 weeks. Stuart was helpful and honest about the upside and downside of all the options that are out there. Zach and Marshall were great as well. Just waiting for our fence guy and outdoor furniture now.

My wife and I went here to get educated on hot tubs and walked out with a brand new hot tub. We met the owner Jim and was cared for by Doc Martin. He educated us on the ins and outs of hot tubs, what we should be looking for, and asked us a ton of questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on a tub that met our needs. Family-owned business that's been around for over 30 years. They offer sales and support, maintenance and installation. Everyone we met was friendly and very knowledgeable. We cannot wait to get our hot tub delivered in a few weeks!

Hot Springs Pools and Spas have done an Amazing job taking care of my every need on my new Caldera Spa! The Staff have been wonderful, but hands down to Angela! She has been my "go to" from the very beginning from all of my calls, texts, any question that I may have! My hot tub was definitely worth the wait and I absolutely LOVE everything about it! We are so happy and excited about our pool. It turned out way better than we ever imagined. Zach, Jake, Stuart, and all the staff we've dealt with have been great. Zach was our project manager and was very responsive and kept us informed of scheduling and next steps. We had an issue with our liner not fitting but Hot Springs came up with a solution so that we could swim and enjoy the pool until our other liner was made.
