Technician Matthew S. was excellent from the phone call prior to arrival to our follow up conversation. He came to my house for routine generator maintenance on a older model generator. He was very polite about my boisterous and barking dogs upon arrival and quickly got to work. When he was done, he waited outside (did not ring the door bell) until we could have a conversation about his findings. He was so polite and honest. I wish more technicians were like him. He made me happy that I purchased the maintenance contract and chose Champion. Kudos to a great company!

I am very happy with Josh the service technician. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. What I am unhappy about is the price. He found a blown fuse and discovered a nicked wire. He replaced the fuse and put a piece of tape on the wire. Total price $578.00. That includes the visit fee and taxes. Don't know how this compares to other companies but I will find out if I need more service.

Excellent workmanship, polite and Patient too. -Matthew n Nick provided services I truly needed. I was astonished that time had been Built in for my entire process. Their truck arrived well. The personal mannerisms Show respect n kindness as they took Care of the installation of the toilet and Educated me. -Ms Ellen needs a hand clap too as on The phone her demeanor n professional character answered my known questions and she placed me in the technician's schedule promptly. I am very satisfied n now I know whom I will Call for plumbing and the other important services Required to maintenance. Thank you Champion!

Joel was on time and very professional explaining everything to me so that I could make an educated decision on what I needed done. He carefully explained and detailed all my options. He was extremely affable as well. He installed my new water heater with great care and left his work area spotless. He is a great asset to your company. I would recommend him in particular. 5 stars from me!

Where do I begin. I called in a Saturday about a leaking drain pipe in my basement. I was told there was no way they could come out that day, which I totally understand, and they scheduled me for Monday. Monday afternoon came and I was informed it would now be Wednesday. well I guess there's nothing I can do about that, so Wednesday it is. Wednesday afternoon I was informed it would now be Thursday. so two days off from work becomes three and we are officially in the hole for those lost days of work. Thursday finally comes. the plumber(who I will say was helpful and did some stuff for me beyond the pipe repair) shows up and promptly gets to work. An hour later I'm informed the pipe is fixed and the other issue has been addressed.

They leave and 5 minutes later I check on both issues. the pipe is now leaking from a different spot near the original and the other issue isn't fixed. I call. they come back. second times a charm and both issues are readdressed. Everything seems fine until the next day when I find they have broken a nearby pipe during that repair. To their credit they promptly come out to now fix that issue.

Everything is back on track. Until a week later when I discover that my brand new shop vac was used to vacuum up drainage from my septic line and was left Full. in my basement. let me restate that. My brand new shop vac was used to clean up raw sewage and then left there without my knowledge. Again. the plumber that came was friendly and quick. but almost EVERY aspect of this experience was a nightmare.

Now I have two pipe repairs, my drainage issue(the other issue they addressed.) still isn't 100%, and I have a shop vac full of RAW SEWAGE. So I would say this is worthy of the one star review.

Robert was perfect. He was on time and utterly professional. He diagnosed my issue and provided a clear estimate for the work needed. I felt no pressure when I asked him if we could wait until my finances were ready and this company honors the estimate until I am able to pay for the work. The best customer service I've seen in ages. I felt safe and listened to. What a wonderful way to handle a terrible plumbing issue. 5 stars.

Tim has been out a few times to perform maintenance and to make repairs on our generator and AC/Heat unit. He is the most knowledgeable technician I know and he doesn't mind if I ask a million questions.which I do. He is patient, smart and always on time. The company, overall, seems like they have really great people working for them. Dispatch is friendly and very communicative.

I've also had office people go out of their way to help me. They do charge a lot but I feel like, in some cases, it's worth it to pay more for better service. Anyway, Tim specifically, has been amazing! Thank you Tim for caring about your customers and taking pride in your work. We need more people in the world like you!

First of all, I was impressed with Champions quick response. I called Fri and they were here Mon. Joey arrived on time. He was very personable and professional. Joey did a thorough job going through my (older) HVAC unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in a way I could understand and left me with a checklist (again, which he went over every detail) as well as a quote on repairs. Since my unit is 25 years old, I feel his concerns were warranted. I will be contacting them again for repairs and quotes for a new unit.

Josh was great! He explained in detail his findings. Wrote up both needs for now and projected needs for a year or so in the future and determined cost for more nearer need. he has gracious, polite and gave information in a clear, concise and understandable manner. i could not be more pleased with his work. Excellent!

My husband Darrell and I used Champion Comfort Experts on 11/10/21 to replace our heating system. "Tyler" and "Hunter" to say the least, were VERY OUTSTANDING.These guys arrived early morning around 9:30am and didn't leave until after 6pm, until the job was COMPLETELY done. They were so professional and polite and worked diligently to get the work done.

You could tell that they were compassionate about their work and concerned about my husband and I having heat that evening. These guys are a GREAT asset to the company and should be recognized for their EXPERTISE and Wonderful Customer Service.
