All-Texas Fence

Back in April, I had Cory out to give me an estimate on extending my existing fence out about 12 feet to provide more privacy and add something of a zen feature to my side yard. I was out of town much of the month so the installation wasn't till mid-May. Turned out great! Couldn't be more pleased.

My experience with All Texas Fence was great - from good availability with scheduling to the estimate matching the end price and the quality of fence, I could not be happier. I have gotten multiple compliments on how my fence looks since it was installed - from neighbors to city workers everyone mentions at least twice that the fence looks fantastic. I had the pleasure of working with All Texas Fence on my project, the fence that they designed and built for me turned out fantastic. Cliff's crew from All Texas Fence installed a beautiful stained cedar fence on our Pilot Point property. The 16' double gate is amazingly strong and opens with ease. This company installed my initial combination iron/wood fence 25 years ago. When asked to come back and replace the wood after years of use, they were very responsive and did great work. We had an excellent experience with All Texas Fence! Mary was our salesperson and she was knowledgeable and personable. We had to put off building our fence due to a delay with another contractor and All Texas Fence was very patient and accommodating. The fence they built is just beautiful! It completely changes the aesthetic of our yard! The foreman on our project was friendly and professional.

The guys building the fence worked hard and did a great job! Cliff, the owner came out during our build to check on things and was such a nice man. We had a great experience and highly recommend this company.

Last summer my neighbor contracted Texas Fence Mgmt to rebuild his entire wood fence. We split the cost for the side we share, which was fine by me. In the process of digging out the old poles and replacing them they encased one of my sprinkler heads in concrete. Not a HUGE deal and it still works for now but I wanted it fixed since someday down the road I will need to replace it and don't want to use a jackhammer to do it.

So I called TX Fence.six times. Each time the lady in the office said she would have to speak with someone else and she would call me back. She never called back even once. No one ever came to my house. This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with simply because they lie to your face. I would steer clear at all costs. Please advise your neighbor to do the same.

I have had my fence for a little over a year, at first i thought it was easy and loved it.a few months later a man shows up at my door saying they never paid him for the staining he did for us. I explained we paid them in full, he asked i contact them to let them know he came by, i did and was told via email it had nothing to do with our property and it was handled.

Few months later i receive a letter in my mailbox from the same guy threatening to place a lien on my house since they did not pay him. I sent the same email we had previously corresponded with and let them know this needs to be taken care of immediately. I never heard anything back. Now a few months later some repairs need to be made and they have only answered once which was in early october and she assured me they would be out, it is now end of november i cannot get a return call or email. Do not use them!

I had Texas Fence Management (TFM) Denton Branch Install a fence at my home. 1. Part of the fence was the wrong way around, inside facing outwards. It took TFM a full week before they came to fix their mistake. 2. Their Nail gun's pressure is turned up to high, nails are almost right through the pickets. 3. Then came the Storm Sunday, April 10th 2011.

Half my fence was knocked over, 4 days after TFM completed the Install of my "New" Fence. 4. I called TFM Early Monday Morning, April 11th and was promised they will out to fix that same afternoon. They never showed or called to let me know they will not make it that Monday. 5. Called Again on Wednesday, April 13th, same answer - Will be there that afternoon - No Show and no Call. 6. Friday April 15th I send an e-mail to TFM - Received a response within 5 minutes that they will be out that afternoon, if not they will call me, No show and No call. 7.

My Neighbor told me that TFM was at my house April 21st, 10 days after I called the first time. They could not find anything wrong with the fence. Yes they were looking at a repaired fence, by someone very reliable - I and My Wife. 8. The Lady at the Denton office is full of promises but there is no action from TFM. 9. Will not recommend them to my biggest enemy.
