Engineers from Garage Door Repair with a lot of experience came in and did a fantastic job of replacing my garage door. They explained my garage door problem thoroughly. They give options for how to fix the problem. The team was very sensitive to my time, providing me with updates on etas and information about the operation and results of the sensors. 7 years later and I can still gladly support this business. We're in a different home now and recently had an emergency situation with the garage door. I contacted Veteran Garage Door and they sent someone out within two hours. Still courteous, informative and reasonably priced. After the emergency fix, we decided to replace the whole door. Scheduling, ordering and installation was completed in a timely manner. I didn't get additional quotes for the garage door replacement but I feel the price was fair and reasonable.

I called Veteran for a problem with my garage door. Andy D responded on time and after a quick assessment, identified the problem. Repair was quick and efficient. I also had him do preventive maintenance while he was here. Pricing was less than expected and the job was well done. I will definitely use VGD in the the future and recommend them to others.
