I've been using Veteran Garage Door Repair for years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The technicians are always friendly and helpful, and they never pressure me into anything I don't need. Their goal is to get my garage door working at the level I'm comfortable with. One time, I sent them to my mother's house without me being there. I was a little worried, but the technician called me and suggested ways to save money and get more features.
He even said he would wait until I talked to my mom that evening before doing anything (no trip charge). I was a little skeptical, but my mom was confident, and now she loves her smoother-running, quieter garage door. My original garage door was a lemon, and Veteran Garage Door Repair ended up fixing it bit by bit, each visit being same day. Again, no pressure.
They also showed me how to do small things myself (like greasing) so they could use their expertise to save me hours of work while doing a better, safer job. Veteran Garage for the Win! My spring broke, & at first I called another company & they didn't call or come out on the date we agreed upon. I then called Veteran, they scheduled me for the next day. Their technicians are very courteous through the entire process. The tech communicated with me before arriving, arrived on time & gave me pricing for the new spring within 5 min of arrival. The tech also helped me re-program my garage door while he was here. He was very efficient, everything was completed within 45 minutes.

One of our heavy wooden garage doors wouldn't lower a few days ago and pulled a rail off the wall. JT came a day after we called and quickly identified the issue and fixed it as well as checking both doors for any potential issues. He also stabilized the other garage door to prevent a future problem. He was thorough, had to move some garage items around and was gone in about 2 hours. We are very pleased with Veterans and JT.

We experienced problems with one of our garage doors allI week. It was a Saturday at 5pm when we called this company, and the following day they arrived and partially fixed the issue. Estimates were free. The worker showed up as planned on Monday and did all repairs. They are very polite and hardworking. The pricing was so affordable. Excellent service!

Veteran Garage Door Repair is one of the best. The staff was helpful when I called today. They texted the tech's arrival time. Jose is a tech guy who is very skilled. Once he replaced a broken spring, he checked my door and suggested a few improvements. He replaced a few hinges and tightened every screw. Also, he fine-tuned the belt for free. He never tried to upsell me, which is rare today. I really think you should hire them to fix your garage door.

Jovani did a great job on my garage door, called before coming during the scheduled window and was on time. Got me up and running and the costs were very reasonable compared to other local competitors. They did not try and upsell me on stuff I did not need and took care of a few small maintenance item in the included flat labor rate which is awesome. I will only use these guys in the future.

We just had a new garage door installed today. I'm very pleased with the quick service we received. I scheduled the inspection on Saturday, and it was installed Tuesday. The technician arrived in the expected timeframe. He was here for roughly 2 hours. We are definitely satisfied with how it came out.
