They have a lot to pick from a little on the spendy side! The people where very helpful!

Did not show up on the day scheduled and did not call. I had to call them when they were a no show and they said they would make it right amd I have not heard a word from them.very disappointed

This is a great place I highly recommend. Rich is awesome and the team they sent out was great and thorough. Our kitchen floor looks so good!

Tickled pink with the carpet and service I received at Home Carpet Warehouse! My husband kept falling, and he decided he wanted a carpet remnant for more stability and a softer landing in the living room. Was helped at HCW by a very kind gentleman who patiently waited while I agonized over which one to choose. He helped me find one with a pad-attached backing that is the perfect color and size for the area we needed it for. Very pleased with the great product, reasonable price, and kind service I received there.

Got terrible flooring and they won't repair because installers quit. I did not hire installers, I hired home carpet. Now I see the terrible flooring every day. Saving up again to replace. 2 years later and the floor edges flair. The doors don't work properly, base boards are falling off. The gaps in the middle of the room are discussing to see daily.

Haven't decided what flooring I want yet or who I will buy it from but, they let me take home a large sample board and I thought that was really nice. I have to return it in a few days but it will give me time to really think about it.

Just bought our first house and flooring was one of the first things we started looking for. The very first store we went to was Home Carpet Warehouse in Chehalis because we heard they have the largest selection of floor coverings within 100 miles. The team that greeted us when we arrived were amazing and knew everything about every floor type they carry.

We ended up purchasing new floor covering for the entire house. The prices were amazing and the selection was incredible. I would recommend anybody to shop at Home Carpet Warehouse!

The worst! My job is having a new floor laid and the flooring is great. The rest is not. Carpet Warehouse contracted the job out. The job was supposed to have been done by September 1st. It is now October 31st and it still is not done! And since they only work 3-5 hours at a time, with 3 or 4 breaks in between, it may be another week or more before it is finally finished.

The man over them has had to be called 3 times to come out and light a fire under them. They worked 1 8 hour shift then went back to the 3-5 hours. The work is shoddy as hell. It's uneven and the lines are crooked. Even the customers notice. If it had been up to me, they would have been fired by the 3rd week!

Good work, local not a big box store I am not against box stores however I like to support locale companies. Would I recomd this company YES

Home Carpet Warehouse is great to work with! We had them do our entire kitchen as well as new floor coverings in every room in the house we also had them take care of all of the window treatments. Very class act! Don't waste your time going to the big box stores where they lure you in with gimmick pricing and low-quality product.

I heard their radio spot and we went in looking for a vinyl remnant. Not only did they have a room full but at amazingly low prices. And as an added bonus the guys were hilarious and helpful.
