You know. I love this place. I rented a wood splitter, they attached it to my truck, (they insured I had the right size ball-which I did not and they allowed me to use one of theirs), made sure it would pull properly and were nice about everything. It may be just good business to be kind but they are all so good at being good.

Can't say enough good about these guys, John was a major help getting me my lawnmower. They communicated updates with me every step of the way and even made an after hours delivery to get me my mower. If you are in the market for a Husqvarna anything, give these guys a call or better yet stop in to the shop! I won't go anywhere else.

Before you rent anything from these guys, make sure you know exactly what parts your rental is supposed to include because these guys don't have a clue. We rented a two story interior scaffold that, we found out AFTER it tipped over and nearly killed my husband, that it was supposed to include outriggers per the manufacturer's instructions. They also gave us the incorrect size rails for half of the guard rail.
When we told them about this upon returning the scaffold, they just shrugged it off. Were we the suing type, these guys would be getting served. But we're the reviewing type. So do your homework or rent from a more competent business.

I had car trouble (calipers locked up) and HAD to pull over immediately, I pulled into the parking lot of Lew Rents. 2 guys came out and I apologized, and explained to them that my car was smoking. Right away they told me to pull in back because we need to get some water on my tires, they helped me and my family for a good 15 minutes getting it to cool down.
They also told us where we could park the car in a safe spot and where we could walk to to get help. Even tho I wasnt there to rent something or for their service, they helped me without question or thought. Thank you so very much for the help!

Used these guys for forty years. Equipments usually good. One peeve is that they don't give you time back when their equipment breaks. New kubota backhoe is very powerful and heavy. Kubotas typically have design weaknesses and this one is no different. Cheap plastic turnoff for fuel filter broke, lost half day! also buy the insurance!

Guys were great helping us out. We were doing a swingset install at Tanglewilde Park. Limited budget. They saved us some money on the trackhoe and got the unit delivered pretty quick. When we were done they picked the unit up from a separate address on a weekend. Hope to do business with them again.

Called and ordered replacement bag for husqvarna lawnmower. They took name and number said it would be a week or two and never heard from them. Few weeks later we decide to call and check on the order only to find they never ordered it, so we took our chances and placed the order once more. About 2-3 weeks later I called them to ask about the bag and it's obvious they still don't have it or ordered it. Will not go here again. And will not recommend!

I appreciate that the staff here (Kyle) listened carefully to what I was trying to do, and pointed me towards a different machine than I was originally looking at. He demoed it at the store so I could see how it worked, and what it could do for the work I was doing. It was exactly what I needed. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable and made renting a piece of heavy equipment a comfortable thing for a first time user.
The man who delivered the excavator was very patient in explaining how to run it. Machine was in great shape and ran beautifully. Delivery and pickup were easy. Thanks so much!
