I have 40 years in the construction business. Sent over a very simple project for pricing. Was told I would have the pricing in a few days and someone was working on it. I rather not mention names. Then after 3 weeks called again and was told that they take from 8 to 9 months for pricing. Lol. That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of in the industry. How would a business ever survive taking 8-9 months just to price a project. They would loose every project because no one waits anywhere near that time frame for pricing.
