This service not only helped to simply jump start my hybrid, but I also learned something new! I'm not sure what the guy's name was ( Sorry I forgot your name) I'm guessing it's William based on all the other reviews, but he did a great job in starting my car within a MINUTE! He also knew another way to charge my Camry hybrid that I didn't know about; there's another charging port in the hood that makes for a better charging access versus charging the battery in the trunk (12v). Thanks for having such great customer service and communication skills too, I felt more comfortable with your professionalism.

Freaking AMAZING service! I had a dead battery, middle of the very hot day, with 3 kids. They answered on the second ring and told me they had a couple people ahead of me but would be there ASAP. Less than 30 minutes later they were there to jump my battery. Totally nice guy, reasonably priced, and accepted card payment. Plus I didnt have to wait a million hours for a tow truck! HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this service.

Was out of town when my adult son locked himself out the house. Called this locksmith super late at night and he got to my son within 30 min and got him inside. It was a Saturday evening and William rescued me. My keys had dropped out of my pocket as I reached for something in the car as I got out and locked the door. William is friendly, efficient and when I couldn't see the keys after he opened my car, he found them tucked in the seat cushion with very little visible. He made a spare key for me, as well. The rescue and the spare all reasonably priced.

My wife got locked out of the house at night when the patio door suddenly locked behind her when she was letting the dogs out and i was out of state. Car keys were also locked in the house so there was no way of getting into the garage. Cold and rainy night and she was in shorts. Called them and they were able to be there in less than 5 minutes to get her into the truck so she could get the garage remote out to get back in. Highly recommend.

I made the dumb mistake of locking my keys in the car. I went through calling other locksmith getting quoted over $100. I gave this one a call he came in a faster time he told me and he is great I would recommend him to anybody in Lacey hes awesome and cheaper then anybody locksmith service Ive had in my life! Id give more then 5 stars if I could!

Was locked out of house for about 4+ hours trying to deal with other local locksmiths, somehow found this ones number and he arrived in under 25 minutes during the winter, speedy service with a relaxed demeanor. Definitely recommend this service. Fluent english. Can pay with Visa as of the time of this review. Definitely not feeling the chill any longer from being outside for that long.

Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20. Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price. I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.
