Was very happy with Dad's. I didn't realize how much a proper cleaning would go toward making the carpet look new again. Our carpet is 13+ years old and we raised 2 kids and a dog on it. When getting our home ready to sell, we had Dad's come in for a cleaning. The carpet looks new again. All the stained, matted, and high traffic areas are clean, soft, and fluffy. Service was great. Our tech was on time and very professional.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Dad's. They were on time/early for their appointment. They called ahead to make sure I was home since they were ahead of schedule. The process, pricing and time it would take was thoroughly explained prior to work starting. Mike P. was my technician. He was courteous and efficient. I had no problem having him in my home. He did an excellent job. The carpets look and smell fantastic. They were worth every penny, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called to have an area rug cleaned and treated for pet urine odor. Dad's picked up my rug and delivered upon completion. The staff is super friendly and called me at every stage of the process to keep me informed of the status. I was amazed they were able to completely remove ALL odor from the rug. It looked like new! I also learned they can do carpet re-stretching as well. I will be scheduling that next. I highly recommend Dad's Carpet Cleaning.

As far as I know they did a fantastic job, the cat urine smell has vanished, and the carpets have never looked cleaner. Very professional and knowledgeable, on top of that their work is guaranteed, which is why I went with them. I would certainly call and use their services again. On top of that, and perhaps more importantly they were extremely courteous and helpful on the phone. Top notch customer service.

I have used Dad's Carpet twice now. Simply put in the carpet business you get what you pay for so if you want your whole house cleaned for $40 bucks good luck with that. If you want great service by professionals who care enough to explain the entire cleaning plan and give you a written estimate before they start then these for the professionals for you.
We have an issue with an older dog that sometimes has accidents, well that causes us to need the carpet addressed about every six months - Dad's has been out twice so you know the first time was about a year ago. Expect them to under promise and over deliver, that has been my experience.
