Our cliff home on Smith Lake was built without footers. The home was sinking on the back corners. William came out and assessed the home with our engineers and developed a plan using helical piers. Given the seriousness of the concern, he was able to rearrange scheduling to address our home within two weeks. While all this was impressive, the actual crews doing the work were a fantastic group of guys.

What impressed me most was how these guys with little direct supervision were able to complete the 18 day job. They are respectful, communicative and hardworking. It's clear to me that the leadership at Parrot is top notch. I actually miss seeing the guys on site each day.

A huge thanks to Parrot Structural Services LLC for fixing my sunken patio and brick facade. After waiting 4 months for another company recommended by my engineer, I decide to look for someone local. Talked with the people at Parrot and instantly felt good about them. I researched them online and found only positive comments. They came and gave me a quote within 1 day of calling and it was 66% lower than my first quote. So, I signed up and they scheduled me within one week.

They came and met with my engineer and he outlined his expectations. They used pressure grouting with cement grout injected under the slab to raise it up to the proper level. After 3 hours, they had completely eliminated our cracks and had everything laser leveled. All the cracks are gone and will only require clear silicone to seal them. We contacted Parrot Structural Services to get a quote for a foundation issue. They came to our location and provided a free quote, no gimmicks, no tricks a free quote! William, came and showed me the issues that I had and what it would take to correct the problem. I was impressed with his knowledge. He took very good notes and pictures. I was able to contact him several weeks later and ask questions.

He was able to answer my questions. We set the date for the work to be done. Parrot employees arrived and they were very nice and professional. I had to leave and go attend other business and left them alone to do the work. I arrived back onsite no knowing what kind of mess I would find. To my surprise, there was no mess. They had to remove shrubs and rocks from the flower bed.

Everything was put back in place. The workers used plywood to place the dirt they removed from the foundation. I was very satisfied with the work. I would definitely use Parrot again, and recommend them for any foundation issues. The work they do is top notch and they will do the work no matter where you live in Alabama!

I had water in my basement during a heavy rain. One waterproofing company recommended i contact William at Parrot Structural to make sure that the water proofing would solve my issue or if Parrot needed to do something more. I contacted William and set an appointment. William showed up on time and we walked my homes exterior and basement. Williams looked high and low, behind appliances.

He examined the vertical and horizontal cracks in my block wall, there was no water present and the area was dry. William said that my home was in good condition for the age and type of construction there was nothing unusual or to be concerned about. He did confirm that the water proofing is what is required to stop the cracking and getting worse. There was no charge for Parrot to come check my home. Great company! We just purchased a new home that required urgent garage floor structural repair prior to proceeding with other work. We were referred to Parrot Structural by an engineering firm and found that the exceeded expectations with all of their work. They provided an estimate within two days and scheduled repairs the following week. The crew was professional and they made certain to leave the space immaculate. The final cost was less than their original estimate which is unheard of today.

This was a very extensive project that I spent months researching, hired an engineer for his professional guidance, and accepted bids from four companies. Two of the other companies were cheaper but proposed to use synthetic foam materials, which don't have a long enough track record for my comfort. Once the job started, the crews worked with great diligence, and despite the numerous difficulties they encountered, I never heard a single complaint. Total work time was 14 days over a three-week period that include Independence Day. Total cost was about $40k

I cannot speak of how impressed I was with Parrott Structural Services and their team. Their attention to detail was so impressive. Clayton and his team made sure that they were meticulous in their effort to make sure that we were happy when the job was finished. I couldn't imagine using anyone else for this kind of work.

William came out and did a free inspection before we we offered on a home. He was very polite and knowledgeable and saved us from making a big mistake.
