Our experience with Kitchen and Bath Dimensions (aka Counter Dimensions) was fantastic. They went above and beyond, patiently talking us through buying appliances and generously sorting out our screwups. They worked closely with us at every turn, from decisions about design to decisions about implementation. They even helped us correct issues with a refrigerator that didn't quite work out.
We have gotten many compliments on our kitchen, including from those who didn't see the horrible "before" situation. We have nothing but praise for Kitchen and Bath Dimensions. They are incredible!

Counter dimensions didn't excellent job for us. Their overall design concepts and contractor relationships were outstanding. All of the material and appliance vendors that they recommended to us were excellent. Occasionally, attention to detail and prompt follow ups were lacking. However, any issues I had were minor and resolved to my satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with the end result.
