We have used superior metal and mason corp. for over 25 years. When they combined it went downhill. Now after four seasons acquired them the customer service is terrible. We stock so much of their material we are unable to switch to another company. Back orders, wrong orders and upcharges are relentless. PLEASE CHANGE we would like to stay loyal to you!

Great products but poor customer service. Been a customer for years but have been having issues lately with receiving products that we order. I know that there are delays along the supply chain within this industry, but it would be nice if I could get some answers as to when the order I placed 2 months ago, will get delivered. Every week I'm told "it's going out this week". Then nothing shows up. I call again the following week and told the same thing. It's very frustrating.

I rarely leave a review. In fact this may be the second or third time I've ever done so. About 15 years ago, maybe longer, I did business with this company's location in Austin Texas; that has since closed down. I needed a small piece of material for a project on my home and I couldn't find it anywhere locally. so I contacted the home office in Birmingham Alabama.
I dealt with Christian. The total charged was $35. I'm mistakenly ordered the wrong size material so I had to go through the process again. It was my fault. Again we're talking about a 35 to $40 order. Christian was so helpful I was kind of blown away. Because of my mistake and having to pay for shipping twice he adjusted the price to help me out.
He was super gracious to me and returning my calls and being diligent and getting the material shipped out to me. A quite honestly was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I've been doing this for 20 years. Even when I go spend $1,500 on material at a local supplier in San Antonio I don't get near the level of service that I got from Christian. I just wanted to give a shout out to people who do business well and take care of their customers no matter how much money they're making.

Terrible billing practices. As a COD client, a price is communicated and paid upon delivery. However, after the fact, they change the price and bill an additional amount. You can't change the price after the fact! Been a client for years and never had this problem until 2020. I don't believe we can continue working with a company with these business practices. It's not worth the hassle.
