For over 60 years, Reg Faulkner and the R.D. Faulkner Corp. have served the needs of independent forestry, lawn and garden and construction power equipment dealers throughout New York and New England. In 1956, Reg began traveling the roads of the entire northeast U.S. and serving this market out of the back of his station wagon. Over the years, the R.D. Faulkner Corp., with it's 40,000 square foot headquarters in Brewer, Maine, has grown to be one of the nation's largest distributor of its kind. Went to get a present for my father in law today, I sent my husband in to grab it and they were so rude we will never be back again. We ordered something only to be told AFTER they ordered the item that it wasn't worth their time to order for "just you" and it could take well over 2 months to receive the item. Then watched our vehicle leave through the window, very clearly.
Why would you hassle or be rude to a paying customer? Thats bad for business. Usually I don't make reviews it complain, but for an item that was expected to take 2 months, we drive 100 feet down the road and got the same product immediately.
