I wish everyone was so nice to do business with. We are waiting for parts on a warranty repair. Waiting so long because of supply issues is not fun, but Jeff is awesome and really doing his best!

It was an absoutly great experience purchasing a couch from them. Sales person was friendly, helpful, but not pushy. After a recent terrible experience at The Furniture Gallery in Bangor purching from Dorsey Furniture reaffirmed my faith that great customer service still exists. I highly recommend them.

Great friendly service! The sales staff checked in with us shortly after arriving, but didn't hover or pressure. They delivered and assembled our new sectional after removing the existing one. A completely headache free experience all-around!

About 35 years ago I bought a house full of furniture because our house burned. They were amazing we picked out the things we wanted and they stored them until we were able to pick them up. When the guys came out they made sure that every thing was assembled and in good working order. Recently I bought 2 couches and 2 matching chairs and they were special ordered. They are amazing to do business with.

Extremely helpful staff who try their best to get what you need when you need it. My shipment was rushed to my door the morning my child was coming home from the hospital less than 30 minutes after it was taken off of their freight truck. I would definitely purchase more furniture from Dorsey Furniture without a second thought.

I bought a flexsteel couch and loveseat from Dorsey Furniture about six years ago. Within a few months of my purchase the leather started cracking to the point it was close to tearing. I stopped sitting on the couch and loveseat because I spent approx. $5,000.00 on them. I started using a leather condtioner on them twice a week to preserve them. The salesperson at Dorsey was nice and apologized for the trouble, I found the others at Dorsey of little help.

As their customer I expected more assistance, they made a huge profit from the sale of poor quality furniture. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau myself to get even a small settlement from flexsteel. I received an $800.00 in store credit. I worked with a leather expert and found the leather was not painted and sealed properly. I was able to restore the couch to some degree.

Because of life events I wasn't able to restore the loveseat before it ripped and left a big gaping hole of about nine inches. This was a major furniture purchase for me financially and I expected the couch and loveseat to last at least 20 years given what I paid for it, instead I have defective furniture that I have to cover to hide the hole.
