Mike Werner's team did an efficient and quality gutter installation. They were very responsive and communicated well regarding the schedule. The gutters look beautiful. The only minor opportunity for improvement would be gathering up the dropped screws on the decks once the install was done. Minor annoyance stepping on them in my bare feet.

After storm damage last fall, they were very helpful with assessment and coordinating with insurance for coverage. They promptly patched the damaged area and recently did full replacement/repair very quickly. They did great work and I highly recommend their services. Service: Roof damage repair

Werner was professional, quick and my impression is high quality. One nice surprise was that they installed new black vent pipe covers. Previously I had white PVC pipes which stuck out like a sore thumb against my black roof. Really improved the curb appeal of my house. Also I must admit that I was a bit of a picky customer. Chip my sales guy was very patient with me.

I wanted to make sure that my new gutters were not damaged. I knew that I had some decking boards that needed to be replaced. And I wanted some extra inspection on a section of my roof that had insulation challenges. They listened and followed through on all my requests. Also the crew was professional and hard working. I had reached out to Werner and several other local roofing contractors to quote our garage roofs on several enclosed garages on the property (apartment complex). I worked directly with Chip on this project (great point of contact). His communication was prompt, and he answered all my questions. Chip was beyond helpful and very professional! We used his company for an estimate for our current home. We plan on using his company in the future, for any and all of our roofing needs. Was not pushy, and explained everything thoroughly, and even gave us the options of using other companies if we chose to, but honestly, I wouldn't use anyone else. I contacted Kris Werner initially to ask about our flat roof being replaced. Flat roofs are not something Werner roofing does, however Kris gave me a fabulous recommendation. Then, once we got the flat roof started. We discovered that the shingles all the way around the outside of the roof needed to be replaced and that was not done by the flat roofers.

So I contacted Kris again let him know it was going on and he happily connected in with the flat roof project manager. All that said, the shingles that Werner roofing applied and the drip edge look beautiful. Kris was with us every step of the way. He stayed in contact with us and supported our requests and question usually within 12 to 24 hours. Unprecedented!

Excellent Company. I wanted a shingle color that isn't available in our area and they jumped hoops to get it for me. The crew came early and stayed until it was finished. They installed new skylights and gutter screens. The next day they did our large barn. Clean up was excellent. Thank You Werner Roofing!

I first contacted Werner Roofing in February about getting my roof replaced. They came out and gave me an estimate which I approved. I needed to get 3 of my trees trimmed before they could start the job, which it took me a while to get done, but once it was done they came out right away and took care of it. Now i have a beautiful new roof that I don't have to worry about for some time. Kris Werner always replied promptly to my text messages and started the job when he told me they would.
