Shoreline Pest & Wildlife Control is a Local, Employee-Owned company, providing both commercial pest services and residential pest management for the West Michigan area since 1990. Shoreline Co-Founder Daryl Andringa holds a degree in Entomology from Michigan State University, and continues to assist with any insect identification needs. All of our technical staff are highly experienced - some as much as 30 years - and are certified by the State of Michigan as well as the National Pest Management Association in Food Plant Pest Management.

Shoreline Co-founders Bob VandenBerg and Daryl Andringa served together as employees of a large pest control company for over 14 years. Together, they had built a strong, personal customer service reputation in the West Michigan Lakeshore area. But over the years, they began to see a decline in the "old-fashioned", personal approach to customer service.
Our popular Home Service program provides year-around coverage for a number of pests including all species of ants inside and on the exterior surfares, crawling beetles, stinging insect nests and many more. Your service also includes Spring and Fall exterior treatments to repel target insects and any additional visits you may need in between.
After having been in business for 32 years now, we at Shoreline Pest & Wildlife Control find ourselves in a very unique position. Because of the experienced and dedicated staff we have been blessed with, we can honestly say we believe we are the only locally owned pest management firm who can readily handle every type of commercial services concern; from challenges faced by major pharmaceutical and food-plant operations, right down to the most basic control for vacant buildings. And all of it equally serviced and supervised by friendly, experienced people including the only degreed Entomologist on call in the Lakeshore Area.
Bees, wasps and hornets are social insects found in West Michigan and all along the Lakeshore. Many are beneficial for pollinating plants. However, these creatures can be very aggressive in protecting their nest. The following are the bees & wasps that people are most concerned about and need help with pest control; The stinging ones!

We switched to Shoreline Services this year after many years with another company I don't want to mention. We struggled with spiders the past few years and webs everywhere. What a wonderful difference with Shoreline. A guest who has been staying with us for 30 years noticed the difference and told me without my asking. We had wasps getting in to our attic and making their way into our bathroom vent and home. We called and they were incredibly responsive. They came out within hours. They were friendly and fast. We haven't had any issues since they sprayed but offered to come back if we saw any more in the house. Very affordable ($85).

I paid for the trap to be set up and i was told that once the animal was caught they would remove it and I would pay another fee. After 1 week they removed the trap and left an invoice in my door. The animal was not caught! I wasn't told there was a time table for trapping the animal. I didnt figure the trap would be in place forever but certainly for more than 1 week if needed. If you use this service just be aware of what you are paying for because they certainly won't be upfront with you.

I called for info and unfortunately did not get the gentleman's name. He was awesome! Such a wealth of tips and information, making me feel confident that we do not necessarily need servicing right now and that we can save money doing a few things ourselves. If and when we need pest control they will be my first call. I cannot express how blown away I am by the customer service I just received!

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful! They helped us with two separate issues and both times came out the same day that we called them. We've Always felt confident that they were doing all they could to help us. Everyone we spoke/met with was knowledgeable. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!
