West Shore is the only place I could find that repairs a gas fireplace. Brian did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all our questions and finished the job quickly. I will definitely use West Shore Mechanical again and I highly recommend them.

My furnace went out 2 days before Christmas. I called at 2 pm and Brian was at my home just a few hours later to fix my furnace. It's not everyday you can get same day service. Thank you, Westshore. Westshore Mechanical went above and beyond to accommodate the replacement of my AC unit. They smoothed over the entire AHS (American Home Shield) process. Cris, specifically did an excellent job dealing with the unpredictability and extra work that AHS caused for both of us. AHS stalled this replacement for 2 Months, and whenever Westshore received authorization or any type of information from AHS, Westshore called me immediately with updates. They were able to smooth over many headaches that stemmed from AHS and their warranty program. Thank you!

Westshore Mechanical was assigned from our home warranty company. They were able to come out and diagnose the problem right away. The claim took over 6 weeks to get resolved, but that was because of our home warranty and not Westshore Mechanical. Westshore was amazing during the process. Cris was always super helpful when we called to get status updates and she even would reach out to our home warranty company for us to try and get answers and get things moving. Once everything was approved and the new unit was in, Westshore was able to come out the very next day and get us up and running! I would definitely use them again.

Furnace wasn't working properly one morning when waking up. Called West shore. They were able to work us in that morning. Dave came out and did a very thorough check over of our heating system. I am in small business, and I really appreciated how he conducted himself during the service call. He's a good man. I highly recommend them and Dave.

Jamie came out an looked at what was needed for a total replacement of my furnace and A/C. He submitted an estimate to me that day. I had 3 to choose from and I was informed about the new blue light air cleaner technology. After I reviewed a couple other companies for estimates I decided with Westshore Mechanical because of how trustworthy Jamie came across and the overall price was better than some.

Everything I researched as far as the blue light technology backed everything Jamie has told me. I had found out in other estimates that there is an air scrubber technology that is being used, but what I was told about it did not have the scientific research behind it. I set up the install with them and the lady, Cris in the office, was always nice and very responsive with answers to my questions.

On the day of the scheduled install, Coy showed up earlier than I expected. He wasted no time and got right to work. He worked throughout the 90° day to have my A/C up and running by 2pm. It only took a couple more hours for him to have my furnace in. Then at the end of the job a couple other technicians showed up to help get the old unit up from the basement and out the door they went!

I didn't even realize a couple others had showed up until I heard them talking. They were all very professional. I would highly recommend this company and I find it no surprise they are the number one choice on the "Grand Haven Tribune People's Choice" website!

Very professional loved how everything was handled with text messages, telling you a name and pic of who your service person will be, job summary, then again when job is completed, also made sure I understood everything and if I had any questions.

Great service! Issues came up with our house, which made it take two days instead of one, but they didn't complain. They went on with business professionally, quickly, and thoroughly.
