Excellent company! They are honest and knowledgeable, proved good service! Would not use another plumbing company!

Our house was less than 2 years old when I had to call these guys out due to faulty installation and poor communication from the previous installer (Not Macatawa) when house was built. Spoke with Mitch and explained to him the situation and he was able to work with me even though someone else installed my H20 tank and it was still under warranty. I felt I was treated fairly and the companies response was prompt. Installers did a good job. I even had them out a month later to install a back up sump pump. Will continue to use them in the future.

I had a leak somewhere in my main floor bathroom that caused a good amount of damage to my finished lower floor. I called Macatawa and they had a rep there within a day to find the issue and fix it promptly. All for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service provided by Macatawa Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

Have used Macatawa for about 8 years now and they have been great until this year I have called every 3 weeks since August and was told the boiler guy would give us a call to schedule the appt for our just annual service but still now in February have not heard, given the state of things thought he was busy but have realized they just don't care. We will be finding a new company that will at least respond to customers!

They did a great job with out water heater. The workers were super professional and did a quick, clean, and impressive job.

Yesterday out water heater burst flooding our basement with three inches of water. We called Macatawa Plumbing. They arrived within 30 minutes with pump in hand. Pumped the water out of our basement, brought in a new water heater and had it installed within 2 hours (had all the parts they needed with them). Very professional, corrected some issues with the previous installation, gave us a referral for a company to dry things our and cleaned up after themselves. OUTSTANDING service. Highly recommended!

We would not recommend Macarawa Plumbing, our builder used them for our new home. We had a problem with the installation of our dishwasher and we were given all of the contacts at the time that we took over the home for a one year of warranty. We gave Nate a call (we were told he was owner of Macatawa Plumbing) in March 2016 and discussed our problem.

My husband suggested what the problem was and he insisted his guys wouldn't have done something like that, but finally agreed to come out and look at it, we told him we would really appreciate it. Well it is now 4 months later and have not heard a word from Macatawa Plumbing. So if you do get STUCK having to have their services through a builder DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Good Luck! WELL NATE IT IS NOW 1-1/2 YEARS LATER AND STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM YOUR GUYS CREATED! DO NOT USE MACATAWA PLUMBING IF YOU WANT SERVICE!

Called twice with no call back. Got the impression that if you do not have a huge new contruction job that pays them well, they are not interested.
