Lee truly is committed to helping his community and ensuring the customer is set up for success. He replaced the lock on our safe quickly and professionally and when I had issues, because I did not pay attention, he came right over to trouble shoot and assist. His kindness and commitment to customer service was exceptionally appreciated and very rare in this day and age. I will only call Knight Safe and Lock for our future needs.

Lee from Knight Lock & Safe did a fantastic job for me yesterday! He called when he finished another job early to see if we could accommodate an earlier appointment. Was right on time, changed all our locks, gave some great advice and in 35 minutes was done. Very easy to work with and great, reasonably priced service!

Lee was great! First off I like a small company.no fooling with my personal security, .the fewer people involved the better He did a fantastic job! Re-keyed my entire house and installed a new deadbolt. Not often do I need a locksmith but I will recommend Lee to everyone I know. You cannot do better! I have peace of mind that I found someone that I can trust. What more can you ask for in a locksmith?

We called Knight Safe & Lock to see if they could help us with a sticky door lock issue we had been experiencing. Not only was I impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to our home but also with the level of professionalism and efficiency in fixing our problem. In addition to the great job Lee Mentzos did with our front door, he was also kind enough to give us some recommendations for programming automobile keys; as we are in need of another spare. Lee is the real deal. He helped to replace the exterior lock-sets at our home in Gig Harbor. He is honest, polite and his craftsmanship is impeccable. We wanted to add an electronic cypher lock to our front door. We didn't want to then have multiple keys so he fix the other exterior locks. He was up-front about cost and even gave us recommendations on where to buy good hardware at a reasonable price.
Once I had the hardware I called him back and he showed up within 15 minutes to the house. I could comment on the overall cost, and that I was surprised at how reasonable it was, but the honest answer is that I'd happily pay double the amount to work with Lee. This is your locksmith.

There's a reason he has 5 star reviews. I called, and within an hour he had come out and fixed my lock. I wasn't expecting anywhere close to that quick of service, so I was pleasantly surprised. Very reasonable too, and a super nice guy to boot. It's great to see people who take pride in what they do. Value.

He treats everyone like they're personal friends of his and he isn't out to fleece you out of every cent you own. With so many fake, shyster 'locksmiths' out there, it's refreshing to have someone like Lee do his job and leave you knowing that the work was done correctly. Knight Safe & Lock has been around for over 20 years, providing professional Locksmith needs to the people of Gig Harbor. They have always been professional and prompt. Don't fall for the other "ads" on Google that say they are in Gig Harbor.they are not. They are from as far away as Seattle and charge a LOT more to dive out here.
