I was trying to purchase the smoke tite chamber repair system from this company, the cost was $800 plus all the accessories and mix roughly $1500. I was about to put My debit card in online, and decided to call and see if it was in stock. The guy on the phone told me the weren't in stock, but he would call me back in an hour to let me know when they would have them. 1 hour later I received a call back saying next week they would be in.
I said great let's order it. The man on the phone said no problem, but the owner said he would only sell it to you of I purchased a pallet of mix. He told me that 48 buckets of mix are on the pallet for an additional $4500. I asked the guy if he was high! I stated the website doesn't say anything about this rule. He said well the owner can change whatever he wants when he wants.
I am a small company who is willing to invest $1500 of my hard earned money into tools, but because whatever reason this company has too much stock of this material they're trying to take advantage of the small companies by forcing them to buy material that would take 10 years to use! Horrible people to do business wi company to do business with! Do your research people!th! Stay away! I'm so glad I found a better
