Great place for all your fine wood needs. I was looking for 6x6 cedar posts finished. No one else had them available or in stock. Selectwood had plenty.

As the owner of Whitewood Millwork, we've worked with just about everyone at Selectwood and the trait that bonds everyone is their customer care. You can tell they are deeply passionate about customers having a good experience. I've found their sales staff to be very honest and helpful. Their staff (particularly sales team) have been there a long time and have a great base of knowledge of not only what they stock but how those items integrate with the building materials around them.

I've seen them at plenty of trade show too, so I know that industry knowledge is definitely a priority for the staff. I think this is a great group of people and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for specialty building materials.

The warehouse manager took the time to speak to both me and my landlady about a bench that she is making. Gio was creative in how to go about the project and even insightful on how to transport the wood in my Honda Civic. While he was ringing up my order he also was tending to the well oiled machine that is the Selectwood Warehouse. Even while they are busier, each associate was keeping their cool and helping in the most professional way. Gio never put me on the back burner to do another task.

He was able to attend to my needs and process my order in a timely fashion while also aiding the associates he managed. Will 100% be continuing to do business with the company, especially as we make way for our new deck!

From Tom in custom millwork to Dave and his team in the lumberyard, Selectwood is a huge asset for our residential building business. They are highly educated in their products, and are helpful to our carpenters and customers alike.

In July Jacques Flooring of Dover, NH installed a product (BOEN) supplied by Selectwood. Shortly after installation discolorations appeared in the flooring. After numerous calls to the installer & general contractor, Littlebrook of Eliot, ME, Dave of Selectwood came to view the problem (mid August). Now almost one month later we've heard nothing. If you expect prompt service for any problems this may not be your best choice.

Mark Ruddy has really built a solid team at Selectwood. Just a quick note to say that Bruce was incredible. Great patience and great customer service. He took the time to educate me on all my options (of which there are a billion) and even helped with what will be a 'temporary' new back door before another project starts. I can't wait to see our new doors when they get installed.

Not only will they make my house worth more money, they are going to make my house look really awesome. Bruce is really fantastic at his job and we are very grateful for his help. This is a great, locally owned company that you should work with!

Selectwood is great at servicing their customers from beginning to end and beyond. Very knowledgable sales people that take the time needed to sell me exactly what I need. And they even come service my windows even after they are installed.
