125 Maintenance & Fence Inc - Dover

I've had 125 Fence donwork for me twice and each time was a good experience. Great work. I've now got a good looking and secure dog yard.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They installed a fence for me a few years ago and did a great job. This spring they gave me a quote to fix a hole that my neighbor put in. For months, I've been calling and emailing them to schedule time for the work. Have probably left dozens of emails and voicemails without a response. Unbelievably horrible customer service.

I have given 125 Fence plenty of opportunities to return my messages and setup a time to repair my fence, but since they do not respond to their past customers, I am leaving this review to warn any others. If you are a new customer to 125 Fence they will be very responsive and attentive to get your business. Once they have installed your fence do not expect them to give you any attention, return a call, an email, etc., when you undoubtedly have problems with their cheap materials and so-so craftsmanship.

I had a fence damaged in the March wind storms that I am still waiting to be properly fixed. No return calls, no return emails. It should not be this difficult to get on a schedule to have a $8K+ purchase maintained and repaired properly, but with 125 Fence that is what you are getting. Pay a bit more to a better company who will stand by their product, and their customers, and skip over this business in your search.

A few years ago 125 fence put in a chain link fence to enclose our backyard so that our furry friends could play outside without having to be on leash. They did an amazing job. Their crew came and within two days had removed our rotted wooden fence and had the new one in it's place. A few years later when one of the gates sustained damage during the winter I called to have repairs done.

The owner personally came and had the fix completed within an hour. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the summer we had a tree fall on a section of the fence and wipe it out. I called 125 fence several times and left messages and no one ever got back to me. Eventually I called at the exact moment the business opened and spoke to the owner again. He apologized and said they had been short staffed due to the pandemic.

He came down that day, looked at the broken section of fence and sent me an estimate the next day. He did reiterate that they were short staffed, which I understand but it has been over a month and I still have not heard anything back from them. They did great work for us and I do recommend them but their communication skills could use a tad bit of improvement.

Ordered fence. Staff so nice. To be ready in a week. Received no call. Called 6 times over 2 days that they were open with not return calls. Left messages each time. 3rd day if calling they said it was ready. Drive out with truck to get fwnce and not one to help get it in truck. The sales lady had she and I lift every piece into truck and we are not strong or tall to do this.

No offer to make up for this or the no return calls. Was simply told the fence builder was out. Well maybe if they answered the calls I would be aware of delay. So overall bad experience.

Critical: Responsiveness Called, left info for a request for estimate. Never got a call back, 2 weeks. Must be rolling in it.

The company is very good on workmanship; but when it comes to consumer service, i.e returning calls they get a failing grade.

We have used 125 Fence in the past and went back to them for our current change of fence around our pool. The guys were very prompt and worked with us to meet our needs. Our lawn isn't the most level! Highly recommend you to not hesitate and contact 125 Fence for your next fencing needs! You won't be disappointed!

So called pressure treated posts are totally bug rotted in a few years 3-4,c ompany won't back up their product, really good at making up excuses and covering each other's butts, owner is real nice when she wants your money but watch her turn into a witch and yell at you when you ask to back up their product.not a member of American Fence Assoc.,h aven't been for at least 6 years, stay away bad investment, there's more timely, dependable companies out there.

We worked with 125 Fence to replace a large fence at our home. 125 Fence was easy to work with, communicate with, and finished the project on time.

Not a great product, not a great install, no service at all Pros: price is competitive Cons: Low quality components which cannot withstand the environmental conditions. Both fence latches bent from the wind. Not good. I attached a weather station to the fence like I did with my last fence and the fence can't hold the weight which really is less than 30 pounds not too impressive.

We called them three times for service. The first time they said they would be out within a week. The next two times they just ignored the calls Overall: There are better companies and products out there I would avoid this company if you can.
