Complete Plumbing Repair

Critical: Quality They worked to try and unclog my pipes. For 2 days they came and they could not get it fixed! Charged lil over 1200 for nothing! Service: Drain cleaning

They did a awesome job installing new plumbing on our Anacortes home. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing service and repair. Most of the time they have the parts right on their truck to complete the job needed.

I respect people who understand and do plumbing work. It's a tough job, and requires going into people's homes -- even worse, these are people who are upset by something unexpectedly broken, and they have jobs and families to take care of, and may or may not have the time or money to deal with a water emergency. I can tell The Plumbing Guys also respected us.

They came promptly, when they said they would: 9:00 AM. If masks are important to you, the guy even wore a mask -- an N95, which I respect as they are often working in some crappy places (no pun intended) with odd fumes anyway. And unlike CPI Plumbing (which my husband called first), he understood immediately how to turn off our water main, and even explained to us where the shut off is.

I respect that. It's important to know these things in case of emergencies, natural disasters, etc etc. Unlike, CPI Plumbing (which charged us $75.62 for just coming out there and not doing anything, not even telling us what was wrong, but proposing to make us pay $1300 for the repair. For chrissakes, it was just a worn out cartridge for the shower tub faucet, people! I'm not even a plumber, and I knew what was wrong.) It cost more for CPI's stupid "dispatch" than it does for the shower faucet part), The Plumbing Guys HAD the part on their truck and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

People don't hire plumbers for small talk or deep conversation. That was all the CPI Plumbing guy did, when he came out. He lied about not having parts, asked me how to pronounce my name which I absolutely hate and was completely unnecessary, and even said, "I'm sorry this happened to you." Bull feces. Whereas, The Plumbing Guys just FIXED the problem, so that we could all go back to doing our jobs, unlike CPI Plumbing.

1 of the things that I like most was the ability to schedule & communicate with them (Shawna) electronically (email) and not have to leave multiple voice mail messages to make arrangements etc. Their tech showed up on time, was EXTREMELY courteous and did an excellent job. AND they ended up charging me < the quoted price!

Had some drainage issues and called for assistance. After very thorough investigation, they discovered we had a collapsed sewer connection -- with the access point being roughly 10 feet underground. They give you estimates prior to starting work. They're professional. And they got our complex job done ahead of schedule. Based on past experiences with other plumbers, I also know their rates are very fair. Would happily call on them again.

I contacted them to repair a copper pipe I screwed into accidentally. They came as soon as avail, (sooner than the others I called). Estimated the work as described and got busy fixing it in very short order and I didn't lose my shirt! Plumbing is fixed "professionally" with clean solder joints rather than JB wet weld which we were afraid would not be permanent enough! GREAT professional Aaron couldn't have been better to work with! Found out the company is Veteran owned and he's a Veteran as well! Thanks for a job well done!

Had an issue with our overflow pipe on our bathtub and they were able to come out within the week and had our issue fixed quickly. They were professional and took their time making sure the job got done correctly. Would recommend their services to anyone who has any plumbing issues.

Needed ALL the old plumbing removed and all new installed in a 120 yr old house restoration. Everyone else in the area was MUCH more expensive. Gruff but professional, Bill got the job done under budget and on time. I wouldn't use anyone else, and I recommend them whenever asked for a good plumber while at my local hardware store job.

First off after emailing 4 companies over the weekend when our faucet failed and had connections so jammed we couldn't get them loose, I got a response 10 mins later from Shawna at Plumbing Guys with a full quote. We were able to book for the next morning. The next morning Arron was so prompt he made it 10 mins ahead of the estimated time. He was friendly polite, got the work done quickly, made adjustments as necessary, and even suggested a couple of things that might be handy to have done in the future without making a sales pitch just to be efficient and help us prevent future issues. Plumber Guy Bill came to quote us a price to have gas ran under our house from our furnace to our new stove we were wanting to install. He was able to quote and in stall in the same day which was fantastic. Bill was helpful, answered all my questions, and did a great job. The job went smoothly and took less time than Bill had originally thought. He ended up dropping $100 off the price quoted. It was fantastic to get this service that I was paying for the same day it was quoted and at less than what it was quoted. I would definitely call The Plumber Guy again.

Dale from The Plumbing Guys replaced our low voltage recirculating pump on our water heater. He is very efficient and walks FAST going back and forth to his truck to get parts! This plumbing outfit does REALLY good work so sometimes they can be booked out a ways. Last summer I had a leaky outdoor faucet that needed fixing right away so had to call a different plumbing outfit and they were the ones who messed up our recirculating pump and caused it to burn out because they didn't ask if we had one. In doing the work they did, the pump lost its prime and burned out. Dale was also very good about explaining how the valves and timer worked. Definitely a 5-star rating!

I had a hot water tank that failed. It was also leaking into the condo garage. I contacted The Plumbing Guys (TPG), and they came out with a new tank the next day, installed it, and hauled the old tank away. It was so nice to again be able to take a hot shower. Thank you Plumbing Buys.

Dale was great replacing two water heaters that were failing. Did a great job explaining the repair and made additional upgrades to the recirculation circuits that will make any additional troubleshooting easy. Estimate was free and came in right at the estimated cost.

Best plumber in town! My experience with the people that work there has always been positive. They are courteous honest and knowledgeable! They're definitely the only plumber I'd call.

We have had The Plumbing Guys do two jobs for us and they really know what they are doing. In fact, the job that "Dale" had to do today was to fix a problem caused by the last plumber we called because The Plumbing Guys were booked up. The other plumbing company caused our recirculating pump on our water heater to burn up so Dale put on a new one today.

He explained to me how it had actually been installed wrong by the builder to begin with and I even Googled it to see what was the correct way and he was 100% spot on. He did a very good job, was very neat, pleasant, and cracked me up how fast he walked to go get parts from his truck. He wasn't wasting time! In the future, we won't call anybody else but The Plumbing Guys!

I saw the below review when I looked up The Plumbing Guy's number for some work I need done. Unfair! I've owned a 50 unit apartment complex in Mount Vernon for about 14 years. This is the company I always call first whenever there is a problem. They respond quickly, do quality work and bill fairly. In the odd times when they were so busy I've had to call someone else, I am reminded of just how good they are.

I was buying a house that a home inspector found water in the crawl space of. My agent sent these guys out to get a quote for a sump pump install. This guy said the problem was a leak in a pipe and that he would fix the pipe, and that a sump pump was unnecessary even though seller had agreed to pay for the pump. Decided to take this guys recommendation and close on the house with the pipe repair and no pump. Second day in the new house after a good rain, and my crawl space had a ton of water standing in it. Do not trust this guy.
