One of the best customer service I have ever had. I truly recommend this company if you want to rent a car in Slovenia. Dejan was at airport waiting for us when we arrived there late in the evening and gave us the car. We got also some tips to our trip which was really nice and we are grateful for that. Thank you also for getting us to airport in really short warning time when we couldn't find a taxi. Thank you very much for everything!

I was really struggling to figure out how to get from northern Austria to Split with a dog and quite a bit of luggage when I stumbled across IdealRENT and Dejan. Communication was easy and efficient and the 9-hour ride was effortless. Truly 1st rate service. I highly recommend

Easiest and most uncomplicated car rental we ever made Dejan is really friendly and gave us the car within 20 minutes, the return took only 2 minutes. We rented the car for 1 day to go to soca valley, which is not reachable by bus. The car was in a very good condition. Dejan was always available by phone, text message and mail and it was really uncomplicated and nice to communicate with him. we are very happy with the rental and can fully recommend idealrent.

We ordered heaters and a toilet trailer for a 90-person wedding. There was a little bit of confusion with the order, but they were early enough with their delivery that we were able to figure it out and get the heaters we needed. We weren't warned that the toilet trailer's water tank maybe wasn't large enough to last the entire day without a refill. Thankfully, we only ran out of water near the end of the night, so I don't think it was too much of a problem. Their pricing was fair and affordable, so I would still recommend them!

I am so glad I rented a car from Dejan rather than choosing some of the more "better-known" car rental companies. Dejan was flexible with payments and timings and did his best to accommodate our requests. The Opel Corsa we rented from him worked wonderfully too. Most importanly, Dejan was cheerful, enthusiastic and super helpful. You'll enjoy his warmth as much you'll enjoy driving his car!

Dejan was super helpful and responsive - Highly recommended! On the last day of our trip, we got our car stuck in the mud and could not get it out anymore. Dejan immediately came to help us out and even dropped us off at the airport with his own car to make sure we wouldn't miss our flight (so we wouldn't have to wait for a technician to get the car working again). He really saved the day! (pricing is very affordable, too!)

I am not usually one to write reviews like this but honestly if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My wife and I wrote this review of our experience. We decided to go through this company for our wedding rentals (chairs, tables, speakers, etc) and placed our order months in advance. Our wedding was on a Saturday so we paid for a delivery fee and let them know we wanted everything to be delivered the Thursday before.

They agreed to do the delivery on this date and then changed it 2 or 3 times. Eventually we were told that the rentals would be there Friday morning between 8-10 am. We were a little frustrated at this point but we were willing to work with it. come Friday morning at 7 am my husband gets a call from the delivery driver asking where he was going to be dropping off the rentals.

My husband gave the delivery driver directions and instructions and the driver agreed to this. Little did my husband know the delivery driver was already there (which he never said on the phone). So once my husband gets off the phone with him the delivery driver continues to go up to my in-laws house (where the wedding was) and knocks on the doors and looks through the windows.

He didn't call my husband who was the contact number at all once he arrived an hour early. My father in law woke up to some guy looking at him through the window so he was obviously confused and standoffish. Apparently my father in law said something "hostile" so the delivery driver gave him his bosses cellphone number and drove off with the rentals.

My father in law then attempted to reach the owner who answered the phone and said "call the office phone" and hung up. So then my husband tried to call the office and the guy who answered the phone wouldn't let him talk to the owner, let alone explain the situation at all. The worker just continually interrupted my husband and told us OUR ORDER WAS BEING CANCELED THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING.

They wouldn't even hear us out and let us come pick up the rentals or anything. This was so unprofessional and definitely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. We ended up getting the rentals from another local company who was also mortified with the whole situation. The company owner never even reached out to us during this whole situation. After our wedding and honeymoon we eventually got an apology from the owner AFTER my husband went in and initiated a civil conversation with him.

Our car broke down, beyond repair, on the highway. Our kids were with us. It was public holiday in Slovenia. Our destination was still far away. Dejan, owner of the company, an amazing person, found a car for us and brought it to the mechanic. I highly recommend this car rental and above all, Dejan. He went above his job and did us a favour because he is a great person and realised the situation we are in.

The staff's knowledge and attention to detail help your projects go smoothly. I recently rented their tractor with a brush mower, and they walked me through the safe operation of the unit. They also are big supporters of local volunteer fire departments as well as other non-profit organizations. Hands down one of the best locally-owned Equipment/ party supplies rental stores!

Rented an excavator and was over charged for one hours time. Was able to prove myself right and charge was reversed. Rented a wood chipper. Used it for four hours and was charged for eight. I'd say be very careful of the hours on their equipment. They are easy to over charge. Very unsatisfied.

D'Whight customer service is top notch. I was in the area for work. Im from Spokane and I called for a last minute scissor lift and he said he could get it to me in one hour. He was there on time and showed me how to use everything. They even called the next day to make sure that everything went OK for me will be back soon.

My experiences with Ideal Rental have all been positive. They are willing to to take the time to listen and understand my needs, and give quality advice not only on the appropriate equipment for the job, but also a suggestion or two on best practices on your project. Their equipment is up to date and well maintained. And their team is cordial, responsive, professional, and fun to interact with. I actually look forward to my next rental from them!

I have been renting from Ideal Rent All for many years, and it's pretty simple why, they always have what I need when I need it. I have rented trackers, excavators, forklifts, scaffolds, water pumps, ditch diggers, concrete vibrators, jack hammers, tables, chairs and even a bouncy house once. Their equipment always works and the staff is super friendly. I will use them for many more years.

OVER THE TOP! That is what I would say about the fantastic and personal customer service I received from the staff at Ideal Rent-All in Mt. Vernon. From my first phone call when I inquired about pricing to the final return of the rented item I was always treated with courtesy and kindness. But, most of all, I was totally impressed with the knowledge of those I worked with.

I was especially happy to have had Nick help me with a problem that developed with the saw extension pruner that I rented. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I was willing to drive the unit back for him to inspect and fix but he gave me the instruction I needed to fix it myself and get back to work, via a couple phone calls and texted pictures.

He saved me a lot of time in the long run. I was extremely happy with the way the facility looked, the way the staff dressed and most importantly they obviously know what they are doing and are happy to help those who are novices at renting or those who rent regularly. I really can't say enough about the positive impression they have left with me forever.

I will tell everyone to rent from IDEAL RENT-ALL when they have rental needs. I used to manage Customer Service for years. They are FANTASTIC and much better than I ever expected to be treated. Stay away, these people are outright thieves. Rented a tool and they ended up charging me an extra $700 for "wear and tear", which was never discussed as even a possibility. The tool was returned cleaner than when I rented it. This place was so much better when it was Consumer Rentals, now I wouldn't rent another tool from them if they were the best price in town, which they aren't. May be a good place for baby showers and weddings, but tools? Definitely not.

I rented for the first time from them. I had the best experience. when I called to ordered they guy who answered was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. When the bouncy house I rented unexpectedly got a rip in from prior renters they called me a week in advance and upgraded me to a larger bouncy house. I really didn't need larger but it was so sweet of them & they were so apologetic, and unnecessary since they had already provided solution.

I picked up house myself which I completely underestimated size to what I'm capable of! they store was so fun and they have so much stuff. everyone in there & the loading crew was fun and friendly. I was able to get set up without incident. we had A BLAST on bouce house. I knew there was no way I could return on my own as I had planned on. without hesitation they called me Monday and arranged for someone to pick up for me. rental was completely affordable and quality. I am recommending this company to everyone I know! Thank you guy!
