Josh was very informative and honest. Our tub arrived ahead of schedule and the team who installed it was professional, friendly, and helpful. We've only had our Flair model for a weekend and love it. Being first time hot tub owners, we appreciated buying it as a package and look forward to continuing our purchases from Northwest. Budget for $1600 electrical set up with Banner electric - also highly professional and efficient. Big investment with a long return.

Great experience from start to finish. Jordan was very patient answering my countless questions and the install crew was very conscientious setting up the tub and walking me through the startup process.

Just no Decided I wanted to purchase a swim spa to teach my son how to swim. Researched the internet and also called my local store (Northwest Hot Springs). I wanted to support local but got a bad taste in my mouth with hidden additional costs and higher interest rates. Decided to go with a 0% interest through Master Spas because Wells Fargo obviously sees them as a creditable company and they have great accolades. Northwest Hot Springs was 5.99% and up! Choose wisely

Amazing job! I reached out to Dan over 5 years ago inquiring about installing a new pool. He put up with my annual bothering and questions about pools until I was finally ready. We have just finished our pool install and could not be more happy. Dan is very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, a craftsman, and has done a fabulous job. Nothing was overlooked. All costs and prices were discussed and agreed upon up front. So very happy and excited for our new pool! Thanks Dan and team!

From sales to instillation, these guys are great. They sold me exactly the right hot tub for my space and use. Delivery and installation was super easy, and they took time to explain the 'how to' of routine maintenance. Now soaking every day is a fantastic investment in my health!

Good experience start to finish. Battled myself to go here or the competition down south. Glad I came here. Josh is really knowledgeable and helped me pick a tub that fit my budget and my needs. He happened to have the one I wanted in stock (what are the odds?!) 2 weeks later and we're spending our first night soaking. Delivery team was excellent and also very knowledgeable and driven to make it right for you. Honestly have nothing bad to say about the whole experience so if you're shopping just go here, they take care of you from the purchase and beyond.

Burlington Hot Springs does not have technical service in house; you hafta wait so they subcontract for REAL REPAIRS and you hafta leave a credit card # way before they schedule service. I had a warranty repair and they sent me a bill for a service call. They are run by a Negative leaning salesperson. I go elsewhere for maintenance. The guy I bought it from was great but his boss tried to get me for another grand after a quote the nice gentleman had giving me. They are overpriced on their chemicals. Kip

We highly recommend Northwest Hot Springs after having a fabulous experience with our purchase of a hot tub there. Not only are we thoroughly pleased with our new hot tub, but the customer service is superior. Everything from updating us on the status of our order, to the delivery and set up of the hot tub. Especially pleased with Kevin making a housecall and setting up our salt system for us and answering all our questions. In our opinion it is the only place to buy a hot tub!

NW Hot Springs is awesome. Great customer service and my salesman Josh was great. He bent over backwards to make my purchase happen. All questions were answered and the setup guys were prompt and extremely careful with my new tub. Don't bother looking further, this is the place.

From start to finish, this was by far the best company to work with. I called around at multiple locations for a hot tub but when I spoke to Jordan at NW Hot Springs on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He took his time to take us around the showroom to look at multiple options and gave us comprehensive packets to weigh our pros and cons. It was clear he was not trying to sell the most expensive product but instead the one that fit our needs.

He called to keep me updated on when my tub got to their store and even touched base after it was installed. Wonderful experience.you're a name, not a number in this company's eyes.
