While having a new furnace installed we had CPI replace our hot water tank with a circulating pump at the same time The techs were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. Ryan was an incredibly knowledgeable service technician. He arrived on time and got right to work. He serviced our faucet, and then he stayed to get the correct part number for a UV light that we needed for our water softener. He was courteous and professional!

Chris was beyond my expectations. Am caretaking and part owner of a very large home. When an alarm sounded I had no idea what to do. Ryan Frizzel with CPI is a great plumber. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed several issues for us all at once and seemed very efficient. Cleaned up well too after cutting into drywall. Also provided several options when he gave us quotes which I really appreciated.

Trever was my technician. My 70 year old sewer pipe from the house to the city was not flowing. His communication was clear and detailed on what was required. He was respectful of my home, warm and genuine. I appreciated that CPI did not charge a fee to drive to my house. A local Bellingham plumbing company charges $298 to drive to your house, assess the issue and then offers an estimate. I did not choose to go with them. I felt CPI's rate was at par with other plumbing services. I would call them again.

Trent and Davis did an excellent job servicing our furnace and water heater. They were prompt, thorough, and able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend CPI.

They were quickly responsive, had a workable solution, reasonable price quote, and polite. I have started the process to get them back to do the work. They came back in about a week and fixed the shower and created an access to the plumbing so we didn't need to destroy the tile. So pleased! Thank you, CPI guys! Ryan came out to fix the leaky broken wax ring under the toilet the very same day I called. He even crawled under the house to make sure the subfloor was ok. Thank you!

Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Steven and his team (Arnaldo and Tyler) did an incredible job. ALL our substandard pipes and the water tank/boiler had to be replaced. They were always on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. We were very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They finished up a day early with everything working perfectly. They cleaned up each night, and the final cleanup left our home spotless. Corbin was very personable and willing to answer all our questions. He explained everything he was checking/testing in easy to understand terms. He was careful of our property. I would definitely recommend CPI Plumbing and Heating for general maintenance or specific projects.

I scheduled an appointment with CPI to do a tuneup on my heat pump system! Manuel showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and professional! He serviced the heat pump and inspected the plumbing system for potential issues and made several suggestions to upgrade our plumbing system that we are considering! I highly recommend Manuel V. And the whole CPI team!

They installed a heat pump mitsubishi. They are extremely professional. They did a great job. They are conscious of making sure there were no problems around the house after they cleaned up. These guys had a great attitude and I would recommend them over and over again.

Oliver and team at CPI were great! I had a pipe burst in my laundry room and they were quick to the scene and super helpful with the damage report for my insurance claim. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Davis was thorough, punctual, and deductive. He was friendly and attentive, and went out of his way to make sure I understood what my options were. My only issue was he didn't wear a mask despite my request with the scheduler to do so.

We have a new construction house with a tankless and the plumbing company that installed it made it so you couldn't shut off any of the valves to flush the unit for maintenance. Brenden came out and fixed the valve and added another one, fixing our issues. Was a blast to talk too and everything looks great!

They responded and came over very quickly. Our technician looked over our water filter system and performed tests on our water. His explanation made it very easy to understand what the test was about and which system would be compatible for our house. They were very thorough about our safety. We would definitely recommend! Added central air to our home and worked with Tyler as our representative, as well as Davis and Arnoldo (the installation team). Tyler was amazing to work with and helped with the HOA required documentation and was very responsive to questions and requests to customize the system. I very much appreciated the level of communication before, during, and after the installation. Davis and Arnoldo were professional, courteous, on-time, and task oriented in getting the system installed, fine tuned, and everything was done in a timely manner. We've used CPI for other work as well and we are very pleased and hope to have a long relationship with them. The AC system looks great and works as intended (thus far and we don't expect that to change) and I've already recommended CPI to family for their own AC needs.

CPI was recommended by ServPro. I was skeptical at first, because of the low rating and reviews. However, I was desperate so I contacted them, and surprisingly enough they answered the phone on a weekend. I spoke with (Abby) and she was very helpful and informative. Trevor was dispatched to look into the leak coming from my main waterline and he was able to repair it within 2 days. Trevor was upfront and honest about how much the whole project would cost which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

My original water heater had broke for probably the 5th time. Called for qoutes to install the new one that was purchased from home depot. The appointment was set for 12/15/21 they called to let me know a service team was in my area and could come a day early. This company and the teams respond in timely manner are professional and informative. Henry and Brianna had a tough job and they did so with enthusiasm.

The price is as expected for this kind of work. They helped lower the cost for me incredibly and I am so very thankful for how they worked with me on that. I recommend these guys!
