Designs are not only unique, but pass rigid engineering standards to assure you solid construction and ease of maintenance. Proper steel construction supports gunite, as well as being tied into the decking support. The steel and preliminary plumbing is done prior to the gunite. 6 sack (4000 psi) gunite is applied 12 at the beam.
The following shows the phases for your pool to be built from the day of excavation. Before beginning construction, we must meet with you about the pool you want and where it will be placed in your yard. Financing can be arranged with your bank or we can provide information about local banks offering home improvement loans for pools.

We talked to several pool builders who said they could work within our budget. Each one came back with a bid thousands of $$ over our agreed amount. Not David. No one else came close to the value per $ that he did. It took longer to complete than we thought, but a lot of that was due to HOA approval and rain. We LOVE our pool and highly recommend David.

For starters, construction took from early July to Mid-September, and it was not due to the weather. The pool is adequate. Nothing fancy that should have taken that long. I have had several things that needed attention. Most recently, I asked a very basic question, how often should I have to add water. It has been over a week, and I have not received a reply yet. My pool appears to be losing water.

The building phase was a dream. David was very responsive and did a great job. Now almost 3 years later I have a massive crack under my water feature that someone came out for last year. It is back in the same spot and no one will answer to come look at it. When it was "fixed" the first time it looked like someone just smoothed it over and now it is back with a vengeance in the exact same spot.
