We contracted to have two wooden handrails installed in our home. Our experience was totally satisfactory! Rachel got right back to us and arranged for the estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was thorough and fair, and scheduling for the 2-day job was easy. Josh contacted us the day before and arrived promptly. He was friendly and kept us informed during the progress of the job.

His craftsmanship was excellent and we are totally happy with the finished product. Cleanup was thorough. We will definitely keep this company in mind for future home projects!

We used Ace for bathroom renovation - including tear out of old toilet and vanity, drywall repair, painting, moulding installation, installation of the new toilet and vanity, and installation of a new light and mirror. Steve installed a new storm door, mail slot, and outdoor light fixtures. He even kindly changed some hard to reach lightbulbs for me while he was here. His work was top of the line, and he was quick. He was always kind and friendly despite the difficult-to-install products. ACE was also very professional with their communications. I will always use this service in the future.

Can't say enough good things about Braydon, Don, Roman, and Rachel! Rachel is always transparent, responsive, and polite when scheduling. Don and Braydon have been out to my house a few times and go above and beyond with service to make sure I am happy. They do an excellent job cleaning up and make sure I am aware of what they are doing and communicate if anything deviates from the plan.

Braydon installed our new front door, he communicated well and let me know his arrival time prior to showing up the evening before. He was flexible and able to work around our kids and dogs in a small space. He had a great attitude despite the cold weather. Don helped out as well. Both craftsman were helpful and professional. I would reccomend them and will use again!

Don was on time and professional. When I opened the door with my shoe covers in my hand, he had his in his hand. I was promised a time frame in which the job would be completed and he was right on target! He went over his completed job with me to make sure I was satisfied and made helpful suggestions. I special ordered an exterior door for my house. Ace Handyman services were recommended on my local Nextdoor Site. Everything was top notch from the scheduling department that kept in contact with me throughout this whole process even though there were shipping and weather delays. The installers showed up on time and explained to me everything that was going on through the entire process.

They helped me make informed decisions in the installation process by explaining to me the pros and cons. They were very respectful of my property during and after the install process. It was an overall great experience.

I hired Handyman Matters to do dry wall repair and siding repair. Zach did a fantastic job on both I will be using them again. I totally recommend them. The craftsmanship was excellent and. I absolutely love they he shows up ON TIME.

I cannot praise this company enough. My wife and I have had a tremendous amount of water damage that has taken a lot of work to get repaired. Bob and Celia both have been as friendly and accommodating as can be in scheduling our appointments with their craftsmen, and have been able to consistently get top-notch craftsmen to our home quickly while working with our schedules.

The craftsmen who have worked in our home so far are Bud and Zack. The work has been extremely varied, including painting and caulking, drywall and sheet rock removal/installation, baseboard and quarterround matching and installation, and next up, ceiling structural repair. They both worked quickly and efficiently, but still took the time to pay attention to detail which was evident in the quality of their work.

The pricing has been more than reasonable. They will charge a markup for materials, but are up front about that and will call you from the hardware store as they're checking out so you can pay yourself, conveniently, and avoid the markup. All told, we will have had these handy gentlemen in our home for about 20 hours of high-quality, detailed work, and we should come in just under $1700 (not including materials).

I cannot say enough about the personal touch we've received along the way. Everyone we have dealt with at this organization has taken a genuine interest in our troubles and concerns (like the fact that my wife is pregnant and very allergic to mold). Everyone has been very upfront about what to expect with costs, etc., even going as far as turning down work we needed done by saying things like, "Things like this you can get done elsewhere just as good as we would do it, but much cheaper" and will even recommend other companies to reach out to.

I am very pleased with my first handyman experience! The office staff was super polite, friendly, and efficient in booking and confirming my appointment. I even received an email just prior to Zach's arrival to let me know he was on the way--complete with a photo of him. Zach repaired our bathtub faucet in less time than he'd estimated, and he did a superb job. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. I will definitely do business with Handyman Matters again...and again, and again.

Zach fixed a hole in my drywall and not only was it done perfectly (the texture blended right into the surrounding texture even though it was a less commonly used texture), he was so friendly, courteous and professional the entire time. I can not praise him enough. If I ever have any handyman needs in the future, I will definitely give them a call and request Zach.
