Duke energy sent a technician out to replace my leaking water heater under our service agreement. The technician arrived with the new heater and explained the installation process and went to work immediately, he was courteous and introduced himself right away and did a great job. Josh found the problem with my toilet's not flushing properly, & fixed it in less than 15 minutes. What a relief!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Absolutely horrible company. Took them four months to try get parts and come out. told us they give us an hour lead time but never did. Plumber just came out with no call we weren't home. Told us they had to close the ticket and we had to pay for a new one. Find another company! Services: Shower installation, Faucet installation

Home Shield sent Hers and His plumbing to fix a drain backup. I was told that they needed access to the drain field cover so I dug the cover out and opened it up for the technician. The technician told me that the owner said I need to replace the piping and the charge would be $6,500! I told them that I would like to get second opinions from other plumbers.

They quickly reduced their price to $3,500! I still insisted on getting other opinions and they charged me $650 for their visit! I since had a professional inspector inform us that we only need vents installed and that no digging or new pipes are needed! I would not recommend this business - the owner is a scam artist! DO NOT ever use them!

They were contacted via American Home Shield, however, AHS did not approve any of the work that needed to be done. I was impressed with the service technician, Allan, who was very prompt and took care of my problem within 24 hours at a reasonable cost. Service: Water heater repair

Do not use this company for emergency situations, go elsewhere. I had a leak in a wall. They came out to inspect it, couldn't do much when he showed up. They sent a leak detection company out.which showed up 4 days later. Never heard a status update from them. Called for an updated, they couldn't reach the tech, they promised to get back to me. Immediately called another company who was at my home in a few hours.

This tech located the leak, and fixed the issues in a very timely manner. If you have a warranty company that is using them, just cancel the warranty. The poor service and incompetence is not worth any coverage or savings you may have

The plumber came to my house. He didn't check my toilets the bathtub the shower but said it was going to cost me over $400 climb Up on the Roof to put a snake down the pipe didn't try anything else like I said he never checked anything just straight for the money that's what he wanted for when I told him he was insulting my intelligence he walked away left then he went and made a report saying he completed the job so he can get paid when he never did anything thank God I called a company and reported that he did nothing at all

Allen came out today to fix a clogged kitchen drain and leaks under my sink. He was very professional, kind and answered all my questions. I highly recommend! Services: Drain cleaning, Faucet repair

Had to change my rating. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Giving 2 stars only bet the tech was professional & on time.) Last month (12/2021) we had to remove the anode in our water tank(it was making the water smell horrible with the well water) - when we got the tank His & Hers refused to do this - yes I knew it would void the warranty. But still. While the new company was replacing the tech & I noticed that the tank only ONE Anode and the front of the tank said it was a dual anode tank.

So I was over changed for tank. Plus every time I called His & Hers for them to email a receipt they said they would and never did. Previous review. Our water heater stopped working & after placing claim with HWA. The day that HWA filed w/ Hers & His Plumbing had an appt. The tech Jerry called 40 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way.

On time. Jerry was able to figure out that our water heater needed to be replaced & to do that we would have to upgrade some issues for code. Due to that part having to be out of pocket they got us a good value. Jerry had the heater, pipes & alarms installed in less the 2 hours. If we have any plumbing problems in the future we Will be calling Hers & His Plumbing. Thank you!

Find another plumbing company to do the work. They are not to be trusted. They installed a mowen shower valve that was defective and refused to replace it. They shorted out the water heater That caused the breaker to trip. They told me it was my problem that rats had chewed through the wire. The only rat was his and hers plumbing. They destroyed the walls in my home doing the repiping. 26 holes that were so uneven and haphazard it took me a month to fill them in with dry wall.

They refused to repair the walls. Trust me do not have Hers & his plumbing do any plumbing work unless you want your home destroyed. It is the most dishonest company I have ever run across in my 40 year living in central florida!

Technician came out one to evaluate, we discussed what was needed and he said not a problem. Second time he came out I saw the hot water heater that was mine and right size. Said he couldn't put in because they painted the electrical board shut. I took a knife and allowed access. He said I don't have time for this. So he left. The day I was moving he said he could put it in, so I gave him the code to my place.

When I returned the wrong size was installed and the forking of PVC had not been done as we agreed upon. I called his cell and he said that's what I was getting. Co tacked AHS and with an email from them. saying in an email "you have hot water don't you" case closed no one fixed what was discussed would happen. Never want them in my home again!

An American Home Shield's warranty came with the sale of our new house. 2 out of 3 of our bathrooms flooded. We could not use our dishwasher or wash machine either. We called AHS and they sent out a company called "Third Generation' plumbing. Their plumber didn't check the plumbing in my home. Instead he walked out back and returned saying "you need a septic tank pump".

I hired an after hour septic company. After inspecting the septic tank they informed me that it had recently been pumped and everything was working great. I immediately informed AHS about "Third Generation" obvious misdiagnosis. AHS told me that we could not get a plumber till Monday or Tuesday (this was Friday night). I was able to convince an AHS rep to send out another plumbing company. "His and Hers" plumbing was opened on the weekend and at my home the next day, Saturday. Cory was our plumber and he listened to our plumbing concerns, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed our plumbing emergency. He was professional, polite and friendly. Jeff was a great tech, friendly and capable. The staff on the dispatch were also friendly and were quick to get me in knowing I only had 1 bathroom in my home. They do plumbing but they do not work on sewers or septic tanks go figure what kind of plumbing company is this wasted my time I didn't even go to work to wait for them then they couldn't even do the job very disappointed I do not recommend them at all and they were supposed to hear be here between 1 to 4 they got here exactly 4.

The actual Plumber, "Jonte'" was very professional, clearly assessed the issue and replaced the broken appliance immediately. He seemed very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He was also very quick in his work as this is a daycare and we have an evening shift of kids coming in. I was also given no reason to question safety and security as he was here doing his job. I would definitely recommend!

I was connected to this plumbing service through my water protection plan w/ HomeServe. Tim & Jeff were the service technicians who ultimately completed the waterline break repair. They were professional, courteous, and kept me up to date w/ the plan and progress for repair. They made sure to answer my questions and upon leaving, made sure my front yard was left as tidy as possible. I was very pleased w/ the service.

Technician came and said that I needed to get a Moen cartridge myself. He said that they did not carry it either. It is very common filter cartridge that's sold at Home Depot Lowe's and Amazon. What plumber does not carry a simple valve supply? Very unprofessional and a big rip-off. Buyer beware did not go with this firm. left without repairing anything and had another plumber come in and fixed everything right away. Big rip-off!

The Service manager Ed V. Arrived on time and was clean cut and professional from the start. He first listened to my concerns and questions that i had and proceeded to invistigate the leak and find the cause. He gave me a detailed description of the issue and what caused the problem and repair options that best suited my plumbing issues and budget.

They were able to repair multiple problems in my home in a timely manner. They are definitely my go to plumbing company for all of my plumbing needs! I highly recommended this company.
