Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job in installing our outdoor cameras and doorbell camera timely to ensure all equipment worked before leaving. Last, he took the time to walk us through how to operate our Home hub and Brinks App. I am thankful that we had such an experienced technician. Our technician, Kevin was professional and worked quickly to repair our brinks alarm panel. He notified me before testing the alarm. He even went as far as to replace the batteries to our motion sensor.

I was impressed with the industry knowledge and professionalism of Kevin Allen. The company was great to work with! Every visit the company reps arrived on time and after the installation they tested it, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew how to use all the bells and whistles of the system. They even checked in with me days later to make sure I was satisfied! It is always a pleasure to work a company that does not take your business for granted.
