Very AWESOME professional owner. Always helps his staff (INCLUDING ME) of course you have the disgruntled past employees that were no good for the company because they were simply low functioning rasist alcoholics now trying to bash him! HOWEVER HE IS A Wonderful man to be around. If he wasn't I would not have been an employee for Franklin Pest Control for the last 7 1/2 years.

My family and I have been part of the Franklin Pest Control family for over 2 years and have been extremely pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by the owner Earl Lipscomb and his employees and the quality of service provided by this locally owned company. An absolutely professional company! My family & I been served by Franklin Pest Control, LLC since the beginning! I recently had the pleasure to come aboard as a staff member, & I must say it is an absolute pleasure and honor to say the least, to work with Mr. Lipscomb. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! A woman named Tiffany answered the phone and walked me through all the services they offer and answered all my questions. She was patient and polite and went above and beyond to work around my schedule. A gentleman named Larry showed up on time and was extremely professional and efficient! Strongly recommend! Everything from the price to the customer service was top notch! Keep it up, guys!

Larry Henry really knows about pests and is concerned for his clients. He wants his customers to feel comfortable and pest free in their homes. Larry did a thorough inspection, sprayed throughout the house and left the sticky boxes! He is friendly, courteous and a true professional!

Tiffany is amazing! She did a great job explaining the different service options available to me, and what my options were. Honestly I've never felt so taken care of by a pest control company. My mosquitos aren't out of control like they usually are each summer. I will never go anywhere else!

Had concerns about brown recluse spiders after my daughter was bit. I called Franklin Pest and Brian Storey came out that day. He identified the spider as a brown recluse and offered advice and sticky pads to test. After a couple of days, the pads had a few more spiders on them that looked similar to the previous ones. I called Brian back and he came out again the very same day.

We are now getting the house sprayed within 2 days of him coming out. Brian was very responsive and listened to our concerns and gave advice for resolving the problem. Very professional guy and very personable. Great experience so far! Larry Henry came today to spray the house and did an "above and beyond" job! Great guy and easy to talk to as well-he answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely call these guys if you are having any issues!

I have been very impressed with Franklin Pest Control and the technician that came out to spray in and around the house! Christian took the time to listen to the issues we have had and checked everything out for us! We had to call back and have a respray a couple weeks later for the abundance of ants trying to enter the home. No biggie, it happens. Mandy had us scheduled the next day! Amazing service and quick response time! Highly recommend!

Franklin Pest Control was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, from requesting services to setting a time and date to responding to my house. They answered all of my questions respectfully and professionally. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and the technician that came to my house did a great job. I will definitely be sticking with this company in the future.

If you want to save your wallet a headache stay away from this company. They charged a friend of mine over $2,000 to do a termite job and after they had an inspector come out there was not even evidence of termite damage! We later found out that this company does not even have an office location, the business is ran out of the owner's home. We did a check on the owner Earl Lipscomb, Jr. and were very disturbed by the information that we found. Stay away from these crooks!
