Vasari Lime Paint is made from natural limestone and powdered marble, which enables it to take on the same properties of our plasters. It can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed just like conventional paint but is much more versatile. A medium texture can be achieved with a brush, or it can be troweled smooth, left matte or burnished to a medium sheen.
Veneziano is made with natural limestone and powdered marble. It does not contain sand. Veneziano creates a smooth feel with beautiful deep variation. Depending on application, it can be left matte with a plastic trowel, or given a medium to high sheen using a metal trowel. You can achieve a highly reflective finish with this product, even without wax. For a high gloss, we recommend applying a burnished third skim coat.
Lime based plasters are unequivocally the most beautiful wall finishes on the planet. No gypsum or cement based plasters can compete with the look and feel, much less the ease of use and working time of lime based plasters. Lime plasters are eco-friendly, zero VOC, hypo-allergenic, do not off-gas, they absorb carbon dioxide, are naturally resistant to mold and regulate humidity and temperature. Our products are breathable, filter the air, are crack resistant, fade resistant, and in the end the ultimate replacement for paint.

Not only their paint, also their customer service is outstanding! I had several questions and each time they would assist me in an amazing way. Thanks for your patience and great help. I purchased "flat white sand", their mineral primer and decided to try their brush as well and I don't regret it. Apparently their brushes are shipped from Italy! The result holds and looks great. I have never had such a smooth project and will use it again on my next project.

The tub of plaster I received was not properly mixed. Halfway through my room I hit white chunks and powder. Even if I'd managed to mix it to a decent consistency it was still unusable because the charcoal color being concentrated in the first half and completely lacking in the unmixed portion altered the color to the point that it was no where close to the finished walls. This was the second time I received poorly mixed plaster but by far the worst and as a result, my last order from them.

Along with the Marmorino, Lime paint and everything else. As a friend, Alex has been so informative to any and all questions that I have had. He will speak to you directly and provide you with what you need to make your life and home a better feel good place to be.

Updated review (4/29/2018) I received the product and I got to finish my project. I had to change my review to 4 stars because the company stepped up and explain what happened and it's not fair that because one lousy employee a whole company has to pay for it. I am keeping it in 4 stars because I also had to answer to an angry customer and my jobs got delayed for over 2 weeks. I will keep ordering from Vasari because the products are amazing.

This company is awesome. My good friend was having his home remodeled and redecorated. And he was looking for a specific color stucco, to match the wall finish, in the bathroom, that he had them custom color make first. Gus and Lara were so helpful and they worked with us till we got the perfect color combinations! They use authentic lime and marble based stucco and plaster, is what they told us. We were so greatful we found a quality company. When you know what colors your looking for your walls and find it, your home comes to life!

Vasari Plaster is the best. Did my whole interior house with it 4 years ago and it looks just as good today. Smooth to the touch. Easy on the eyes. Great for kids and cleanliness. Absolutely love it. And Alex, the owner, is super easy to work with. Delivers his product right to your door. highly recommend Vasari for your next Venetian plaster project.
