Ask for Marcos, he is defiantly the cleanest, friendliest plumbers I have ever had in my house. Shoe covers before entering my house. Not a single thing or tool he used touched a surface in my house. Everything was placed on a large mat that he layed before starting work.

Marcos worked in my bathroom which had a clogged drain and the average Drano wasn't working.

He pulled the longest hair that I have ever seen out of our drain. Before leaving he asked if there were any other issues he could help with. I needed my garbage disposable looked ate. Its been making some funny sounds. He was very clear why he was doing. I had no idea plumber's respected people's living space and explained things clear for the average joe like me. Defiantly calling next time I have any plumbing issues.

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! As a new homeowner, I am pretty particular about how everything should look, and I really want to make sure to find the right guys for the job. I came across their website, and got in touch with Dave. He was really friendly, and listened to every detail that I wanted, repeating my list back to me and confirming details that I might not have thought of.

When he arrived in person, he was just as friendly as he had been on the phone. Super polite and respectful, the whole time keeping my vision in mind. I really felt like he cared about my project as much as I did. My master bathroom sinks look perfect, and I feel really great about them.

Justin, from Einstein plumbing did a great job replacing the pipes to our bathtub in a remodel project. He was kind, informative, and got the job done! Now we can tile the bathroom and then simply add the hardware to our new pipes. We also had same day service and were sent a link with our technicians exact location so we knew when to expect him. He arrived at the beginning of the window of time given.

I thought I could repair my own toilet- I was wrong! I called another company who wanted $1100 to fix the problem (which is insane). Einstein came out the next day and fixed the problem with out trying to up sell me services or products that I didn't need for less than 1/3 of that price. They even sent a text with the picture of the plumber and a brief bio so I would know who to look for.

Einstein was able to squeeze us in last minute so our electricians were not held up thankfully! Todd called 30 minutes before he showed up. He got started right away and finished up quickly, with absolutely NO mess. Todd was able to do all the work with the existing holes for the lighting so no extra drywall repair was needed. We are very satisfied with the work and timeliness of the job! We will be using Einstein to replace our hot water heater in the near future!! Thank you Todd!!!

Our Bradford White water heater went bust in the evening after dinnertime, and Chris picked up our call and came to our place the very next morning. So glad he picked up the call so late after regular business hours because the water heater was leaking and we were afraid of water damage because it's on the 2nd floor of our place. They came right on time and did the work quickly and were friendly and professional.

They replaced our water heater with a Rheem brand heater, which looks eco-friendly. They hauled away the old heater (at no extra charge), and our heat and hot water are working great now. Would definitely recommend these guys! Also, luckily, there was no water damage from the old heater leak!

SUPER FAST SERVICE! I experienced my first plumbing emergency late Saturday night when the handle to my shower broke off with the water still running. I was in panic mode and my property management company wouldn't pick up the phone. Einstein plumbing quickly answered my call and had a plumber at my house within the hour. Todd was able to shut off the water and returned the following morning to install the new handle. Couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service and will be a returning costumer if ever need be!

Our water heater was on the fritz and I called almost 10 plumbers before Einstein - they all said they couldn't come for multiple days, but Einstein fit us in. Ron came out on time and was wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgable and got us sorted out, and then left us with chocolates. Thanks so much!

I am so impressed! We've had Ron out to our house twice and both times have been phenomenal. He easily diagnosed a problem, took time to explain things, was funny and down to earth, and gave us yummy chocolates. His work is professional and done with great care. We've dubbed him "our plumber for life"!

Really great service, prompt in responding and scheduling. Very professional, explained the issue and the options to fix. Fixed the issue and cleaned up after, I would highly recommend these guys! Also, really liked the follow up email with pictures.

These guys were amazing. They quoted a price and then ran into all kinds of problems not of their doing. The price stayed the same. They showed up in time, with email notices, they sent the bill with before and after pictures and the tech (Thomas) was very service oriented. If you want quality, these are the guys.

We had a major leak under our kitchen sink , it started on a Saturday night at 9pm.. We were unable to stop the spewing water and started calling plumbers who offered 24/7 service. Einstein Plumbing answered their phone immediately and had a plumber to our house in 20 minutes. Travis immediately identified the problem and serviced the leak until further repairs could be made on Monday.

We received a call first thing Monday morning and had another plumber out that day. Their attention to detail, customer service and pricing was immeasurable and we were very confident in their knowledge and expertise.
