Chem-Dry of Bend is a miracle! We needed two bedroom carpets cleaned upon moving out as per our lease agreement and called several other companies who all reported insanely high minimums despite the bedrooms being small, low-traffic, and in a non-smoking and non-pet owning household. (That's how simple the clean was - that we fell under the "minimum" pricing but it was still hundreds of dollars!) Imagine the relief to have finally found a company who provided impeccable work for a realistic price! Brandy was a complete angel getting our appointment set up over the phone.
She was sympathetic to our situation and answered all of our many questions - booking the appointment was quick and painless. We were provided options for services and for appointment times, we received a discount, and she even called the day before to confirm our service! Jared and Avery were our technicians - they showed up five minutes early and were incredible.
They were personable, respectful of our space, and insanely efficient. The carpets smell/look better than they did when we moved in! We are beyond grateful to have found Chem-Dry and will continue to work with them into the future.

Everything about this company is excellent! They were extremely prompt at returning my phone call, they were able to arrive early to my appointment, the employees were all extremely friendly. I had a really bad pet area from where my cat boxes were, and I couldn't be happier with the pet treatment! The whole area is so much better!

They saved the day! I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry with customer service/scheduling and the technician. I came home to a pet mess disaster at lunchtime and they managed to get me a same day appointment. All services and options were clearly explained, the prices were fair, and my carpets looked and smelled great afterwards. The technician was super friendly, polite, and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. Thanks!

Chem-Dry of Bend has been cleaning our carpets for over 10 years both at our home and our rental home. They have been meticulous, trustworthy, professional and friendly! We have had a handful of special pet-related jobs with dogs and cats, that were beyond our ability to deal with and Chem-Dry of Bend handled each situation with great satisfaction.
