This was my first experience with Dixon Paints and it was a very excellent experience. Ian came out and found the things I was concerned about without my inputs.outstanding! Now, Carlos the lead repair/painter was Awesome, Professional, and Very Friendly! This is the type of company that makes doing business these day pleasent by providing exceptional Customer Service and a fair price with quality work!

From the first visit from Carlos, who wrote up the estimate, to the final clean-up, we were impressed. Dixon sent a color consultant who helped us find perfect colors. The repair to our damaged wood was done to even my picky husband's perfection. We were very pleased and our exterior looks amazing

I am so pleased to be able to write this review. These days I am finding it unusual to secure a vendor that performs at an excellent level. Dixon Painting gave me a thorough and fair bid. They showed up on time every day, missed not a single item, did a superb job. My neighbors are commenting how nice my house looks. On a scale of 1 to 5, they deserve a 9.9 (nobody gets a 10).

No, subcontracted painter. Mr. Martin, the painter was professional, detailed and on time. Everyone on the staff was polite and very helpful. I recently used Dixon Painting to paint the exterior of my house and a few rooms inside. Ian gave me a very fair estimate and Bernardo & team did a great job painting. The team was professional and very nice. My exterior needed a few repairs before painting and the team did a really nice job on those. They were in & out in 2.5 days - impressive!

Provided a wonderful and diligent work crew for my job. I am so pleased, they worked so well and I saw them doing touch ups where I hadn't even noticed a need. Each evening I took a walk around and took note of some minor items and the next morning without my saying anything they completed the touch up. It was reassuring when Todd and Michael came by to check out the job being done.

I was so pleased that I chose the right painting contractor for my home. I have previously had some poor experiences with hired folks but there is not one thing I can say was lacking in Dixon Painting performance. I even saw a neighbor from down our street stop on the last day and take the number off of your sign. Hopefully they will be calling you. I most certainly be calling you again when I decide on my interior work.

Excellent experience. Contacted them for a quote and they came out quickly. The estimate was reasonable, so I got on their schedule. The paint crew did a great job - very thorough in removing and replacing or repairing damaged soffit/fascia, and the paint job looked great. They were efficient and worked hard, fixed a very few touch ups I noted at the end before finishing, and thoroughly cleaned up their mess around the property. I would definitely use Dixon again.

Contracted Dixon to stain my fence. Process took about a day and a half total between cleaning the fence and applying the stain. They did a good job of establishing expectations and their crew was very professional. Would use them again.

Had contract to paint for five days. Made promises that no painting would take place if it rained. One day prior to the start of the exterior painting, I received a phone call from a young person named Paul who was offended that I called the office concerned about painting with all the rain. The office assured me that they would schedule the exterior when there were three days without any rain but Paul called and was very obnoxious yelling that if you can't follow our process. Who yells and makes threats at customers. Just aweful.

It was a great pleasure working with Dixon from start to finish. Everyone from the Salesman to the crew and the office staff were very nice and treated me with care! IAN was an outstanding sales rep! Great communication and we were very happy and felt comfortable with him Would recommend Dixon Painting to friends and family and will definitely use them in the future!

Dixon Painting did a perfect job on my interior and exterior painting. Chico and his two men were amazing. They fixed everything that I asked for. They also did excellent prep on the walls, doors, and windows. I have had several other painters who did not do the prep work properly. Dixon was on time and worked diligently all day. They protected my furniture and floors, absolutely no paint drips any where! It was a pleasure to have the painters in my home. Very polite and professional. I will be using them again soon for the small projects not completed this visit.

I can't speak highly enough of Dixon. Ian was professional and prompt with all appointments and always returned my texts and calls. But the really amazing part was the total transformation they made of a 70's office building. I have 3000 square feet of office space that was old 1/4" "wood" paneling. The building was used and abused for years with holes and tape and stickers and more holes all over the walls.

These guys came in and spent time in each room cleaning and caulking the entire place. I seriously would not have believed it would come out this good. They went over and above seriously amazing work. You can't see the patches they placed in the damaged holes. It is a one of a kind transformation. Thank you!

Outstanding Service and Pricing! We could not recommend them more. We meet Ian, who worked as our project coodrdinator from day one until the final walk through. All communication went directly through him and he assisted my wife and I into getting out dream home exterior. They replaced our entire exterior siding and trim. Now it's all modern and hardie plank so it will last 30 years.

From design to products Ian was an expert. Never felt like we were getting anything but honest and straight forward answers. They delivered a prefect product both on time and under projected budget. We are so happy we had Dixon do the project and 100% will use them again.

Excellent service to work with. From the sales with Todd to the crew that came out and performed the work. Chris was the foreman and always checking in to make sure everything was accomplished. Left my place when finished, with everything picked up. Made sure I was happy with their work before they left. Arrived on time. I wish other companies had the same work ethic. Dixon Painting did an outstanding job! My house looks amazing! Although, my home is 22 years old and was last painted 7 years ago, Dixon made it look brand new! Not only did they power wash, paint windows, stucco, trim and doors, they also changed all of my rotted wood around my windows and doors. The workers were all professionals and knowledgeable.

They worked diligently daily to get the job done in a timely manner. It was very hot most days but they continued to work like it was cool! Although the project was pricey, I'm a firm believer you get what you pay for! I highly recommend this business and will definitely use their service again.

I just needed my house pressure washed. However, they have a minimum of $2500. So I added a deck repainting. We've had our house painted twice by them, as well as my daughter's. They were timely, professional, friendly and they will review and determine any problems and not cover them up. I highly recommend them. I gave them the 4 rating only because of the minimum requirement.

From the salesman Ian, their office staff and the painting crew lead by Chico they were always pleasant and professional. The work was meticulous. Never again - used 3 yrs ago for interior job the contacted again to do exterior quote. After 2 weeks and repeated unanswered calls about the quote they said lost money on our last job because the crew they used did a shit job and they had to come back with another crew to finish - not my problem - why come out and measure for exterior quote - then say after two week not going to quote - just say that at the start - Bad Business

This is the second time they have painted a house I have owned. Do not know why I even bother with listening to estimates from other companies, when I know they are unable to stand-up to the quality of the work and fare price; the care, understanding, follow up and "personality" of every employee. They are also polite, courteous and stand-by their work. A company you must talk to before you shop.

The exterior of our home needed a facelift. We wanted our old plastic shutters removed and wider trim installed around the windows. I had Dixon Painting come by and they gave me a fair estimate for the work and painting. Dixon arrived on time, and completed the work on time and in budget. Juan and his crew were fantastic! My house looks so fresh and clean.

I am so pleased with the results. Not only did they do a terrific job, they also were neat and cleaned up every day and at the end of the project my yard, driveway and front porch was neater than before! Dixon Painting painted our home's exterior and replaced several pieces of siding. The price was very competitive and the workmanship was superior. I would definitely use them again.

We used Dixon Painting to re-paint about half of the interior of our house. We worked primarily with Paul Patzer. He regularly stopped by to check on the progress, which I appreciated, and he was great to work with. The painters (Chico and his team) showed up on time everyday and worked diligently to complete the job on time. They did a great job painting and a great job cleaning up as well. I would definitely use Dixon Painting again.

This is a first class, professional company. The price they quoted was very fair and the painting and siding they did on my house was as good as it gets. The workers were very courteous and after the workers finished they cleaned up the house perfectly. Highly recommend.

Painted our stucco home and replaced the gutters. Also included repairing any wood rot, remove/replace porch screen, and install gutter guards. All was done professionally. Worked through Nathan - who responded to any questions quickly. Mauricio was the project manager and came by daily. The crews for the painting and gutter had great attention to detail - I had to look hard to find any drip and then without my saying a word by the next day they had already fixed it. Cost ~$10K - which was ~$2K less than others.

I received five different quotes from the top rated painters on yelp. Not one of the companies came close to Dixon's price. David Arroyo was our sales rep and or point of contact. He is 100% professional and he was not going to allow his competitors to under bid him. We had three color changes on the outside of the house and one color change on the inside of our home.

We could not believe the price. Dixon was 15% less then their competitors. Then the crew showed up on time, keep the yard clean and neat while painting. The crew finished ahead of schedule. To include David or Mauricio showed up everyday to inspect the work site and quality. The crew did not have any over spray on the house nor windows. Make sure you ask for the crew that did our home in Smyrna. PS - the crew even painted our mailbox and post for free.can not say enough about professionalism and dedication to excellence. I am so glad to recommend Dixon Painting & Siding. Their work is excellent. I had all my siding replaced, my exterior painted & gutters replaced, My home is beautiful again. Dixon Painting did everything we discussed with no up charges plus they did other work they found necessary to make bring the work up to their standards. So professional.

They did a fairly nice job with OK price. This helped me to give non-negative reviews. After their job done, they do respond to my further request quickly and ontime. But couple of thing make it 3 stars: 1. They did most of things I point when I was reviewing, but the guy who is reviewing the job is not very careful. I am an alien and this is my first house in US so I have no idea on what to check.

They could be more helpful. Compare to my neighbor across the street, they are not that careful. 2. They took my garage door handle out for painting, but they forgot to install the screw nut back to the door handle. 3. They probably forgot to tape the seals between my windows, a bunch of windows are not able to open at all right now. 4. I don't like their sale strategy.
