Phillips Kitchen Wally and his crew did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They worked fast and were able to work around the problems of getting appliances and cabinets during a pandemic. Our new kitchen is now the dream kitchen we always wanted thanks to Neighbors Remodeling. Wally was even able to get the countertop material that we really wanted even though it was not readily available to them. Great job guys! Thank you so much!

I have been in and around the construction industry my entire life and Wally has a great understanding of current construction processes and practices. He is very sensitive to costs and trying to stay within our budget at the same time he is flexible and open to ideas that my wife and I have proposed to make our project unique.

Wally and his team have impressed us from the get go. He showed up for our initial meeting on time, which really set the precedence. He offers suggestions but values our taste and wants as well. Wally has shown up to every single appointment we've had- cabinets(multiple!), plumbing, lightings.. etc. We are a few weeks into a kitchen/living space renovation and his team(Rusty and Matthew) have surpassed my expectations. They communicate with us and keep us up to date on progress, and we trust them in our home when we are both working. Wally makes a point to meet with us at least once weekly to review weekly progress, any issues, and the upcoming week's plans. Yes the project will take an extended time, but the point is, they do not cut corners, which is a win in the long run. We are confident we made the right decision on choosing Wally and Neighbors Home Remodeling to renovate. To top it off, Wally and the guys keep me laughing and have great personalities! He also brought us toblerone chocolate for Halloween

We were extremely pleased with the quality of craftsmanship that Neighbors Home Remodeling executed during our recent kitchen renovation. Their attention to detail was superior. Sometimes the attention to detail caused the project to slow down or veer in another direction. The project did take a little longer than expected due to some unexpected things that are uncovered in a major remodel. Overall we were very pleased and recommend their services.

We had a great experience with Neighbors Home Remodeling. They finished off part of our basement space to create a new office. Initial consultation was professional, punctual and thorough. Wally's crew completed the office in the desired time frame and with exceptional quality. He supervised the crew closely from start to finish providing updates and ideas along the way. Neighbors Home Services, Inc. completed an unusual request to transform two bathrooms into a contiguous space that would generally serve as a bath suite unless we have guests. Then, we would simply close a door and still have two complete, usable baths. The work was completed with very few issues, and Neighbors was very straightforward and open about the issues.

I was able to participate in decisions to ensure satisfaction with the design, cost, and finished work. The space is beautiful and extremely functional. The design, as requested, gives the appearance of a single bath suite, but can accommodate guests with appropriate privacy. I would most definitely recommend this contractor to friends.
