Our tech, a gentleman called Bryan, texted me half an hour before his arrival with an ETA that was within the time frame I had been given. I highly recommend Chem-Dry Atlanta. The Tech Ricky that came out was very professional, used Covid safety precautions, friendly and knowledgeable about the chemicals. Michael and Kyle arrived on time, and worked diligently. First they found pet urine spots with black light, then treated ithem with pet urine removal treatment which I had requested prior. Rugs were then thoroughly cleaned, with care taken to place plastic protectors under wood furniture legs. Professional and very pleasant young men. I am very pleased.

We had our basement carpet cleaned by Chem Dry this week. Brian the technician was on time for the appointment and worked hard on some carpet that definitely needed help. After it dried, we noticed some streaked areas the next morning. A phone call to the office to discuss our concerns and within an hour Brian returned and corrected our concerns. The carpet now lloks good for its age. Thanks for the quick response.

Dan did a wonderful job and I am so grateful for his help. He used Chem-Dry's non-chemical product to get out the harmful residue left in my carpet by another cleaning company several weeks ago who did use chemicals. My cat has been suffering from an allergic reaction as a result, but now that my carpet is fresh and organically clean, she will be able to heal. Thank you again for a job well done!
